The worker was excellent. He took time with me to help me find what i was looking for. The owner or manager whoever was in there today sunday may 19 2024 was horrible. He told me i was taking too long and it doesn't take an hour to make up my mind. He then said i could go somewhere else which i did and spent over $300.00 and got more than i could have with him. Horrible please spend your money where it is appreciated

I wanted to purchase a certain hair product. There was not a way for me to visually see or compare prices of the product as it was stacked at the top of the rack behind the counter. I was offered one option only and it was quickly rang up. I went home to compare prices for the charge and I was charged $50 more for this product than I found online. I attempted to return the item unopened and unused. It had not been tampered with. They didn’t even look at it, and immediately refused to provide any option of refund or exchange. There was no apologies or explanation. Just told that this is what they have always done. Everything in the store is final sale. I am extremely unhappy with the customer service and store policies.

The business establishment lacks credibility and business practices that reflect the norms of the American business sector. Consumers have that expectation that every transaction will be handle ethically and with fair pricing. I have been visiting this store for over a year and it always and issue with over charging me for marked products. The product been marked at one price you leave and find your receipt reflects something different. This is not open unregulated market places. This is a business establishment that is just underhanded and stealing from the good people in our community. Before leaving the store please check all purchases for overpricing and extra fees. I am seriously trying not to file a complaint with Florida Consumer Affairs.

Not happy when the sale is completed with my bank card. I was charged extra when I used my bank card. I brought an item that was priced $6.99 and charged $7.23 tax .47 total $7.70. So I asked why a different price. I was told that my bank charges me. I asked was it their system that charges bank cards. If that's the case post a sign "When a bank card is used a fee is processed."
