A huge thank you to Jason! My Dell laptop was working fine one evening; but the next morning I couldn't even log in. As a local realtor, I had a significant amount of information that was now inaccessible. Jason was able to repair my laptop, save all my files, and return it to me the next business day; all at a reasonable cost. I'll be recommending Net Works and Jason to others.

Jason was awesome! I called said to come in. He immediately took a look realized what was wrong and because it was simple fix he showed me what to do in the future and sent me on my way. Very honest business anyone else would have kept it for a couple of days and charged an arm and a leg or maybe a first born but not them! Thank you guys y'all are an answer to a prayer.

Our tech/installer was Michael Stewart. Michael was on time and very nice to deal with. He did an excellent install and got all elements running as requested. He also took away some old tech gear we were going to take out to the recycle center thereby saving us the trip. Thanks again Michael.

My Business was a Vendor at BiketoberFest 21. When we hooked our main PC up while setting up, it would not boot. Networks Inc was fantastic! They took our computer in on service and diagnosed it. Net Works gave me a prompt call and told me what was wrong and told me they could fix it right away! We had our Computer back in under 4 hours! I could not have asked for faster or better service. My wife had an issue with her computer that I could not resolve. I called networks and explained the problem. I was told it would be best if I would bring the computer in to the shop. Jason Smith greeted me at the door and said he would diagnose the problem and let me know what he finds. Within a short period of time, he called and let me know that the hard drive was not recoverable and that I would need a new drive. He installed it and loaded the new operating system. When I tried loading some additional software on the computer, I ran into another issue. Jason solved it and everything is operating exceptionally well. Throughout the process Jason was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I have dealt with networks for years and have always been very pleased with the service and price.

Implementing a new phone system where I work and Mitch and the whole crew were professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. The install went seamlessly until we couldn't run a credit card. I called them and Mitch called me back within minutes. He walked me through rerouting it to the old system until he could get back the next morning. Worked perfectly and he was here at 9am the next day. Highly recommend this company and their team!!
