I drove for hours to reach this location, expecting to arrive by 10:00 am as posted. However, upon reaching at 10:05 am, I was surprised to find that they wouldn't open until 11:00 am. Even the phone prompt indicated 10:00 am. Despite my attempts to explain, the associate showed no interest in listening, opting instead to watch and laugh as we waited outside the store.
