Maybe a different store with a different staff will be my call next time. All I need to say about this Office Depot Store over Nova and Beville at Daytona Beach is the worst customer service ever seen. I’m not the only one complaining about the awful service they provide and the overpriced they have. I stopped to print out a Homework from my son and these guys thought I was asking for a fully loaded, colored, and sized map. Asking me for 8 hours of waiting and to make it worse I asked for help from the manager to set up the order through their app, she literally did it by herself through my phone and even though sent my order to print out in Miami….isn’t a beautiful job? Later I came to pick up the order and guest what? Now they realize the order was set up in Miami and said that was my fault and denied that she did it. And all that she can do is cancel this order and make another one with the same waiting time. I took my son’s homework to the Walgreens 2 blocks away from there, and not only printed it out in 5 minutes, but they had a nice and professional wait to suit and provided amazing customer service and the price was 3 times less expensive than your lame and sad store which I have no doubt is going out of business soon!!!

I came into this store on Saturday, 03/01/2025 and wanted to purchase the Koru by Realspace Office furniture set. The L-Shaped desk, hutch and two drawer file cabinet was full price at about $1,000.00 plus change. According to their website, they price match competitors and I found the same pieces online at office space for $620.00.
I asked the manager if they would price match and she straight up said no with no exceptions. So I ordered it on office space online only to find out the one day later (today, 03/02/2025) they have it for sale for $506.07 total… I literally would have paid them over 100.00 more yesterday and they would have made money off me. I’m calling the store manager tomorrow because they should honor a price match if their website says they will price match. Won’t be surprised if they go out of business and close anyway! I won’t ever shop at this Office Depot again…

I am so disappointed by the poor service today. I went to print, copy and scan. The gentleman who was supposed to be working seemed like I was bothering him. His name was Dante. Come on office Depot, you have to do better. It was the absolute worse. I did speak to a manager. He was very professional and apologize. My take is I'm not the first complaint. Do something if not for yourcustomers but for your company, please!

Very poor service from the staff. We urgently needed to print a poster for a conference, and they were of no help at all. When we asked questions, they started responding rudely, raising their voices, and speaking in an unprofessional manner.

Went to the print department and was “helped” by a Spanish looking girl. She was horrible and offered no help. She got sideways with me at the do it yourself copies. It’s a nightmare dealing with this particular Office Depot.

Manager Victoria would not honor the by one get one half off price. I showed her the advertisement on the Office Depot website, yet she she would not honor. Said it was a mistake. Go to another store for better service is my recommendation!

Never a person truly wanting to help. They brush you off like you have the plague. If you have Medical or anything Hippa related you will not be able to print in this place. They'll take your money and you have to leave with not even a sense of customer service. This kids don't give a rats ass about people.

We utilized this store often for our business and after today I will shop somewhere else. We have been ordering the stamps for our business for over two years from this office depot.
The young lady behind printer desk could care less about helping me order some more and told me I needed to go online
Well, if I’m going online, I’m not shopping at Office Depot

Very poor customer service from copy center department. Tristian was rude, condescending & made ZERO effort to help. Documents were ordered online to print and pick up at Office Depot Nova Road Daytona Beach and prepaid. Received order confirmation via email. Arrived at the store just after noon & was told by Tristian that the order would not be processed until after 4pm. This didn't make sense because confirmation was received & documents were supposed to be ready...Tristian rudely just kept saying there were other jobs in the system to be processed--yet no one else was in line waiting, in person waiting. Tristian is a poor reflection of an Office Depot manager and is someone that should not be working with customers. UPS on Beville was ready to help-took 10 mins. and we now have a friendly & reliable business partner.

My experience was very negative with the employees of this place, not at all empathetic, with no desire to meet the customer's needs, unprofessional and unprofessional. The business is nice, well stocked, but the mentality of the staff would have to change.

Had some binding done at a different Office Depot store. I was not happy that the associate did not put covers on. The folks at this store happily fixed it on the spot! Awesome customer service, and VERY friendly!

I always use the self-serve machine, and sometimes the associates offer help, and sometimes they do not.
