Kelly in the print center was very helpful and kind to me when I needed to ship a package using fed ex. She went above and beyond to answer my questions and ship my package.

Very rude and unwill to try and help with a return or exchange for an unopened $50 pen with the recipient. Prior to buying had asked about being able to exchange because it was a gift. Was told that is no problem. Then, when it comes time to return it or exchange it, they said they can't do that. Would never buy anything from that store.

My recent experience at Office Depot was far from satisfactory. I visited the store to get some assistance with a minor printing job, which required a few adjustments like margin alignment and page formatting. What should have been a straightforward and pleasant interaction turned into an unpleasant encounter with the staff.The team at this location seemed disinterested and displayed a shocking lack of professionalism and courtesy. When I asked for help with some quick edits, their response was not only unhelpful but also quite rude. They insinuated that my request to make minor adjustments was unreasonable and questioned whether I wanted to be prioritized over others in the queue.To clarify, there were no other customers present at the time, and there was no apparent urgency in serving other individuals. The staff's response felt mechanical and unaccommodating, completely lacking the basic principles of customer service. In today's age, exceptional customer service should be a top priority for any business, and unfortunately, this particular interaction fell far short of that standard.Office Depot prides itself on offering a wide range of services to its customers, but it's equally important that customers are treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the scale of their request. This incident left a lasting negative impression, and I hope this review serves as feedback for improvement.I trust that addressing such issues and providing proper training in customer service to your staff can help maintain Office Depot's reputation as a trusted provider of office supplies and services. I hope this review leads to positive changes in the quality of service provided at this location and prevents others from experiencing similar dissatisfaction.

I've been supporting this local store for the past 17 (!) years whenever possible, and the staff have always done what they can to try and help me. Unfortunately like most local retailers these days, the store suffers from not having a really wide selection of goods in stock actually in the store, esp for things like computer accessories, printers, etc, forcing us to shop online instead for those more particular items. Their copy & print department can also be somewhat understaffed at times, for the amount of business coming in.I realize that it's not easy to find 'good help' these days, however the obvious shortage of KNOWLEDGEABLE staff in the store on a regular basis, can be frustrating.It's sad to see a big name brand like Office Depot in our local town, being repeatedly out-foxed by the Amazon overlords. And I don't think that there's an easy solution to this challenge.Nevertheless, I will still support this store whenever I can, and I would encourage you to check out their online web page to see if they might have what you need, right there on the shelf, before you place that order with Amazon. You can also send print jobs to them directly online, and pick them up at the store later, which has always been a very efficient way for me to get those done. Every local purchase helps. :-)
