Have shopped here a lot. Generally have really friendly employees. I asked for a manager for an item that was 2 weeks past the return policy. It was literally the difference of a $1. The girl was so rude and said the manager will tell you the same thing I did, no exceptions. I wasn’t going to argue and demand a manager and let this girl ruin my day because she already had an attitude from the start. I almost made a comment about not being able to get good customer service these days, but decided it wasn’t worth wasting my breath. It’s sad because the rest of the employees in the store were so friendly. Will be taking my business somewhere else in the future, not over the $1 I lost, but over the terrible customer service. She needs to work in the back if she doesn’t want to deal with people.

The team members are exceptional. They are always happy to help with a smile. They make you feel welcome and that they care. Prices are affordable. They have many sales. The store is usually clean and well organized.

We had a young lady associate grab us a cart bc my arms were full, then she helped us showing all the sales and coupons...super friendly and great customer service!
I believer her name was Tess...y'all are losing a great associate! Best wishes to that young sweet girl!

Increasingly expensive and the quality is not the best. You have to look hard and hopefully you will find an offer.

I have been a loyal member for years!! I want to exchange a tank top with tags for another size and color, but because it’s after 30 days you can’t return or exchange. That’s crazy for loyalty customers who shop Old Navy all the time!! The woman could have tried to do something for me! Nope! She let me walk out! Well Old Navy I may need to start finding a new place to shop if that’s how your employees want to handle and exchange .

Was in this old navy the other day with my daughter and was struggling a bit to shop with her. Then this amazing associate named sophie asked my daughter if she could use some help. Sophie took the time and made my daughter feel like a queen and My daughter has still not stoped talking about her she was the best she made old navy feel like a little small town shop. Give her a raise and promotion ASAP.
