My daughter purchased clothing on Feb 2 and went to return some of it on march 4,2025. Darcy at the register told her that she couldn’t return cause it was past 30 day return policy and that it was 31 days, my daughter explains to her Feb short month and that it was the 30th day on 3/4/25 and that if she counted on calendar she will see it was the 30th day and that she was still eligible to get her refund since she had receipt. Darcy kept going back and forth w her and so my daughter decided to take the store credit in order not to make a scene. My daughter called me and I called store and she proceeded to tell me it’s past refund date, I told her go on calendar and count from Feb 2 to march 4 and you will see today is 30th day and she said too late I already processed the store credit. I told her I want to speak to manager she said she is the manager, so I said I’ll be there later w my daughter cause this needs to be resolved in my favor since you made the mistake! I called customer service at pac sun and explained the situation and they told me yes I was right that we can still get refund and to send picture of original receipt and return receipt and they will process return! All this when I’m sure she could have just fixed the issue herself but instead the store manager likes to argue and doesn’t like to admit that she is WRONG!!!

I was in there with my friend around 2pm just shopping looking at clothes. During this the 3 employees who I don’t know the name of them, the man had glasses and the woman had tattoos and was on the plumper side. The other woman had brown hair and skinny. They were all laughing staring over at us in a judgmental way, one of the girls proceeded to say “ew why is she dressed like that I would never walk out of the house like that” I proceed to ignore, later as the man was checking me out he asked if I had an email I said no I don’t and one of the women who was standing right behind him said to the other woman who worked there “ew why does she sound like that, why is her voice so deep” I was in the store for about 45 min and the whole time they were just cackling and looking at my friend and I. I am usually not one to complain but this is honestly embarrassing for your store and the people who shop there and making it uncomfortable for me to even peacefully shop when I’m getting judged the whole time by your employees, it’s unprofessional behavior and gross. I know if they are doing it to my friend and I they are most definitely doing it to other people. Do better, it makes me not even want to shop here.

Will not be visiting this location anymore, despite coming here for the past 10 years +
Cashier with the black hair was on her phone most of the time, the wrong sign is put out from for the sales. Said discounted items were buy one get two free. Apparently that’s only one side of the store which makes absolutely no sense and this doesn’t look like buy one get one free to me. Both my items were already marked half off and I should have paid for one and got the other free instead this is what I got. And I went back to ask about it, the girl at the register was pretty off putting when I had asked her. This store has gone downhill soo much.. it used to be my favorite…💔

The lady with the black hair and tattoos was extremely off putting and rude. She judged me and gave me a very long and nasty stare and it made me uncomfortable. Makes me not want to come back into the store. They lost a customer.

The girl with the black hair and tattoos went above and beyond to help me find the perfect gift! Also this is probably the nicest pacsun I’ve been too, all the employees were so sweet and helpful.

why do I have to leave my bags from other stores at the counter while I try clothes on in the fitting room??!! The workers here are crazy! If you want to shop somewhere that’ll (borderline) accuse you of stealing this is the place!

A friend of mine had the WORST experience. Micheal the manager accused her stealing something that she never even went by. He asked where the shirt was the shirt to a tag they randomly found. Was very sarcastic and extremely rude. She paid for her transaction and he refused to give the items she paid for. Went ahead and cancelled the order and said he was calling security because she was causing a scene. She was speaking calmly to him the whole time. I’m encouraging her to report the incident as discrimination as he obviously profiled her and accused her of stealing. We work retail and this is completely unacceptable.

I want to the Daytona Volusia mall location past three days and I have not been acknowledged once. Employees are on their phones and make it seem like I haven’t walked in the store. Horrible customer service.

My Daughter shops here, the atmosphere and one size fits most clothes are pretty annoying. I Miss the way pacific sunwear used to be.
