Recap: I want to apologize to Pep Boys on International Blvd. Daytona Beach! I had 3 sensors put on my car in September and 3 months later the light came on in my car. I was out this day and wasn’t close to Pep Boys so I stopped at the nearest store and they came out and told all 4 sensors needed to be replaced. I told them I had three replaced. So they showed me and said the only one that had been replaced is no good. So I called Pep Boys and I went in this morning and showed that they did replace them! Shame on the second place said all 4 were bad. Please accept my apology. Thank you taking care of me! Thank you Brandon and Tim!

disappointed with the service at Pep Boys located at 2220 W International Spee, Daytona Beach, FL. On December 27, 2024, I brought in my Lexus RX 350 (Work Order #2264976) for an oil change and wheel balancing.
After the service, the steering wheel vibration at high speeds was still present. Additionally, the tire pressure warning light came on right after the first service, even though everything was working perfectly before. I went back, and while they rebalanced the wheels, they told me that one of the tire pressure sensors was damaged. They offered to replace it for $100, but also warned that I might need to replace all four sensors.
Instead of admitting their mistake and fixing the problem, they tried to upsell me an expensive repair. This is extremely unprofessional and dishonest. I do not recommend this place!

Terrible experience. What company's charges you $545 to replace a thermostat on a vehicle? Then you drive 50 miles from the business location and the vehicle begans to overheat again. I will ever take any vehicle to Pep Boys again. What a rip-off.

Horrible experience. I set up an 10am appointment for a simple oil change. I get there 10mins before. Guy tells me it wouldn’t take no longer than 1hr -1hr 30mins. I leave and come back in 1hr and 36mins, only to find out my car hasn’t been serviced yet.
In my disbelief, I express my frustration with the poor service, the man ensures me my car will be out in the next 15-20mins. I have no choice but to wait so I wait. 20mins passes by and still no sign of my vehicle. Now I’m angry because it’s affecting my time I have to get to work as I didn’t expect a normal 15min oil change (30mins max) to take 2 HOURS!!!
To make matters worse the broke a piece in my car and didn’t tell me until I noticed it and then they fixed it. Don’t go to the Pep boys on International speedway. Brandon will gaslight you.

Called first got a price that we agreed upon set up a appointment showed up the tire that I agreed to purchase was no where to be found. I purchased a lower in tire that they had in stock the worst part was the 2 hour waiting time and that's with a appointment.

Over $660 to replace a break caliper and hose. The parts literally cost $100 right next door at advanced auto! $500 plus in labor for a 45 min to and hour at most job! Absolute crooks!
Also a woman came in with brake lights out! They told her 2 hours and over $400. On what planet can bulbs a break switch or a fuse cost over $400. Avoid this crooked place.
To add to it No toilet paper or paper towels in rest rooms. The complimentary drinks and coffee. Not working and none available. This place is a complete joke.

This place used to be my go to location but the quality has gone down hill. I just recently had a job done where they had to take the whole dash apart. It took longer than expected (no big deal) but when I got the car back its mot even put back together correctly. There are multiple places where tabs are not aligned and there is even a wire with a light on the end hanging out pinched between two panels.

Absolutely the most unprofessional experience I have ever had in my life, avoid this location at all costs.
They do not care about their appointment times, they double book times, and they will blame the customer for this mistake.
They even have the audacity to try and get you to change your appointment time so that they can get out of work early.

It’s beyond frustrating coming here.
I came a month ago for a simple brake and rotar replacement. Immediately, as the mechanics were parking my car in a customer pick up spot, you could hear squealing brakes.
I came back with a second appt.
They replaced the brakes.
Mechanic pulls out my vehicle.
What sound fills the air?
Squealing and squawking brake noises.
I make a THIRD trip, back to the same shop that has failed over and over in the past.
Meanwhile, I’m losing money on the fact that I’m unable to use my vehicle AND I spent money to fix a problem that was never fixed in the end. I called several other shops to get an idea what type of mess I got myself into…. Apparently, this place has earned their reputation. Do yourself a favor, bring your vehicle to another location or buy a replacement. ☮️
Amount one of their WORST employees: Dwanye (I’m sure I did not spell that correct).
He purposely made me wait an extra 30 minutes as he took the exact same rear tire off three or four times. Went to go sit down and check out someone else’s vehicle, kept twiddling his thumbs, and was not focused on the task at hand.

Service is horrible, they took my spark plugs out my truck, and just left them out. It took them over a week to do a compression test on my truck. When I spoke with manager, he felt as if they did nothing wrong. His response to me was like oh well, I had to call corporate office. Please use someone else.

Went in for a $324 headlight. Left with a new headlight, that did not work. Was still charged the full amount. They could not tell me why the new bub was not working.

Took my moms truck to 2 different locations around Daytona Beach Florida and one said 2500 to fix AC and the other fixed it and told us it was under warranty so…….what the hell
