While we initially had a manufacturer issue (not Pioneer’s fault) with a new purchase, the service and attention we received from Kyle at Pioneer was outstanding. I will certainly send them my future business and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a purchase!

I went into store first for dryer vent, they didn't have size I needed so Brandon made one for me. It was an older dryer and didn't want to order a new one. Only a month later and my dryer quit and I immediately went to Pioneer. Walked in and service was friendly and helpful...... I bought two new dryers.( My dryer at home had quit the week before) Thanks Pioneer. Brandon was a key player in all this, as well as the women who answered my first phone call.

Unsatisfactory Experience with Pioneer Appliances and Billing DiscrepancyWe purchased multiple appliances from Pioneer, including a Convection Microwave. Despite assurances that it would arrive shortly after our initial purchase, it took 2.5 months of weekly inquiries to be informed it was imminent, just before Thanksgiving. The promised microwave never arrived, and we were provided a non-convection substitute. After another month of delays and unhelpful customer service, we procured the Convection Microwave from an alternative vendor.Additionally, we encountered a billing discrepancy as Pioneer attempted to overcharge us for installation services they didn't perform. This, coupled with the subpar customer service, further compounds our dissatisfaction. This has been one of the most unsatisfactory business interactions, and I cannot recommend Pioneer to others.

Would give zero stars if I could. Was going to go with pioneer as this is who our builder recommends. Placed a deposit for an appliance package but quickly realized they wouldn’t match any online deals (medical professional) causing them to be several thousand dollars more than any other retailer. Asked for my deposit back and was then informed there would be a restocking fee of $700 when questioned about this they said they would wave that fee since the appliances hadn’t been shipped to them yet. After 6 weeks and 5 phone calls, finally got a check in the mail but they had suddenly decided to keep the restocking fee. No one in accounting will answer the phone or return a call and everyone that will talk on the phone has no idea. I’ve never had such terrible customer service.

Pioneer gets Five Stars for its products, staff, prices and service. However... We have an extended warranty on an LG Refrigerator with Pioneer's warranty company Centricity Epic Protect. In Dec 2022 we contacted them with a problem. Since then (today is June 10, 2023) they have sent two companies on nine (yes 9) repair visits to our home with no success. That's six months with no fridge! The last repair company said the fridge is NOT repairable, which at this point means the warranty company must replace it per the contract. So far zero! This is the worst company we have ever worked with by far! They continue to delay doing what the contract calls for to avoid paying for a new fridge! Avoid this company like the plague and run for the hills if anyone suggests you contract with them for an extended warranty!

As a long-time customer of Pioneer Appliance Company, it saddens me to be writing this review. I have purchased multiple appliances from this company and was previously happy with the products and installations. My recent purchase of a refrigerator could not have been worse. Everything was fine, until it came time to deliver and install the new fridge. At the time of the sale, the salesman Terry Dean asked me what floor my condo was on, I told him it was the second floor. A single installer showed up, quickly determined he couldn't possibly handle this installation himself, and left immediately. After calling back into Terry, I was informed that it would be an additional $200 for them to send out 2 installers the following day. This company claims to be professional and has been in business long enough to know that they would need 2 installers. After much back and forth they sent out 2 installers, not budging on charging me FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE. The 2 installers showed up and not only damaged the refrigerator, but my walls and floor also. After speaking to Patrick about this, they were supposed to send someone out on 11/28/22 to look at the damage. They of course didn't show up, and STILL offer no form of customer service, and have nothing but excuses to try to get out of repairing what THEY DAMAGED. I have now demanded that they file a claim with their insurance and send an adjuster out to correct the damage caused by the incompetent installers. As I stated I'm a long-time customer, and do NOT appreciate this company so blatantly screwing its elderly customers and not keeping their word. I have already informed all my friends and family in the area to steer clear of this joke of a business. They are more than happy to take your money and continue charging you for their own issues while consistently demonstrating their lack of morals and integrity. This has been the worst experience purchasing an appliance I have ever had, and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, and if this isn't resolved, I will seriously consider lodging a complaint with the Florida Attorney General. Do yourself a favor, don't give these dishonest people a dollar.

When I needed a new washer, I was exhausted just thinking about having to go to all of the local retailers to learn, compare, negotiate, and buy not to mention delivery and install. I stopped at Pioneer first knowing what price point I was considering after conducting research online. Pat was super helpful finding what I was looking for in seconds! Delivered next day. All I had to do is point to where I wanted the appliance. Could not be any happier with the sales and install.

Got stood up from a Big Box appliance company. Quick google search found Pioneer. A phone call and a visit was all it took. Ben was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Got our appliances delivered the next day by Javier. Thank you Pioneer, we look forward to working with you in the future!

I dont understand why people would go to the big box stores when shopping local is the only way to go! Wonderful staff, Great payment options, lots of inventory to choose from and if the dont have it in stock they can find it for you!

We vre second time buyers of high end suite of cafe kitchen appliances. they so;d us for a second new house. The oven did not work out of the box it came in. we called and told them. they said well I guess you need to call the company for a repair they would not replace a high priced unit that came broken. I would never buy anything from them again. they have no problem charging you high prices and then they treat you BADLY.

Competitive prices on major appliances, but don't expect them to follow up with service long after the sale is completed. You will be happy with the sales side of the house.However, their service folks who rent space in their building are all independent sub-contractors (1099's), who beat to their own drummer. After the sale, buyer beware. If you want service, and if for any reason you complain at all, YOU WILL BE BLACK LISTED and you won't even know it.

Mark, Service Technician, arrived to our residence on time.He was very courteous and knowledgeable as he assessed our noisy washing machine.Mark was able to quickly diagnose the problem and explain our options.This gentleman is definitely an asset to Pioneer Appliance Company.
