Planet granite and Daytona Beach, Florida all their employees are fantastic from picking out what I needed planning it immediately they sent a man out to measure it . and two men came out to install it. They were very polite excellent workmanship. I had a fantastic experience with this company.

I just needed a small price of scrap cut for a shower seat. They took great care of me showing me what was available and cut it while I waited. Very fair price. Great customer service. Very much appreciated.

We had our master bathroom remodeled in our condo. Condos can be very difficult to work with as there are so many rules. I was hesitant to do the renovation because of all of the terrible stories I have heard others talk about in my building. I am so glad we decided to move forward with Planet Granite. Elan was so nice to work with. He communicated in a timely matter and was able to fix all issues/concerns I had. Often times when you are doing a remodel, it can drag on with delays. I did expect this to happen, as there are always unseen issues. I believe our renovation only ran 2 weeks over, which I thought was not bad. The team and Elan at Planet Granite always kept me in the loop on delays/issues/questions. I also liked that they gave me a timeline/schedule with all of the subcontractors. Elan and his team were very organized. You can defiantly tell that they hold all of their subcontractors to a higher standard. My Condo office manager also comment to me that they have been the best contractors to work in the building. They followed all of the rules and cleaned up after themselves. The finished product is absolutely beautiful, and I have pretty high standards!

We were considering a new floor. We looked at samples. The lady working the desk was busy and basically said she didn't have time to help us. I left my name, phone number, and which samples to price and to give me a call. I never heard from them. I will not do business there whenever i do the flooring.

I bought a house in Ormond in January2021 and when we picked our home we knew that the kitchen would need a facelift. We did not have enough money for a total Kitchen re-do but decided that new marble/ quartz countertops would be where we invested our money. Our realtor suggested that we go to Planet Granite in Daytona for our new countertops. Unfortunately at about 1 1/2 years into our new countertops they have chips in many places and a "bruise" by the sink that is getting larger and larger with each passing month. This flawed area is almost green in color. I called Planet Granite several times and I have been told that the product only has a one year warranty. They did agree to send their service guy out. He looked at the countertop and said he would have to come back as he needed to order something to help fix it . Needless to say, it has been over 2 1/2 months and every time I call or text I am being ignored. I would not recommend that you purchase product from this company. If you have a problem they are not sympathetic or understanding at all.

The ladies at the old bldg were very helpful and drove us over to look at remnants gave us an estimate and options for moving forward. A little chaotic because they are in the process of completing their move into their new space. Can't wait to see how our most recent project turns out and get our estimate for the next two projects. Love to support local businesses every time I can.

We had such a wonderful experience working with Planet Granite. From our first encounter with Elan to the finished installation with Carlo everything was perfect!! They guided us through the whole process and patiently answered all of our questions. The finished product came out looking amazing, and installed exactly when they said they would. Don’t think twice if you are looking for an amazing granite company to work with call this place!!!!

Wonderful experience. The installers were very professional, knowledgeable about their craft, and very easy to work with. They were also quite down to earth and easy to talk to. Tara is super sweet and cares about doing a great job for you. We had granite countertops installed and it came out beautifully. Highly recommended. Thank you Chris & Wayne for doing a fantastic job. Kristen, Chuck and the whole team were extremely helpful from picking out the right product to finding the best price. This was the fifth granite store I went to in the past week and everything was better. The selection, store set up, customer service, price... Special thanks to the guy (sorry can’t remember his name) who cuts all the granite. You were so patient with my wife and I making sure we got the exact parts of the piece that we wanted. From the time that walked in to the time our project was complete was unbelievably quick - thank you. Highly recommend this gem in the heart of Daytona Beach.

We had a great experience with this company from start to finish. Everyone was professional and the installers were unbelievable. Tara helped us pick out our slab and welcomed all our questions. Wayne and Gage knew exactly what to do to overcome any obstacles during installation. My kitchen has been transformed without breaking the bank. This is the place to go for your granite needs. Highly recommend.
