First off they lady I spoke with didn't listen well; because, the pod container didn't hold all of our stuff & I explained exactly whatbwe had to move & they sent a guy that was in training to help with a cross country move! The two guys milked us for extra hours & money...it took them 3 hours to wrap things! Then they wanted to leave without putting the 85, 65 & 60" tvs in the container!After I husband let them know he's not going to be able to move te himself & asked that they take some boxes off (so he could get a U-Haul) they did it!I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE MOVING TO USE THEM OR THE MOVERS THEY SUGGEST!PODS need to reimburse me for the two hotels we had to get & the U-Haul to move things! We had to put the items in storage because we're not closing on our house until December 14th (PODS also need to pay to have the container unloaded due to the poor loading & inconvenience we had to deal with)!I hope with the container being delivered on December 15th we can get unloaders that do the job & not phuck off!This was our very first & last time ever to use them!!

Waited till last minute to tell me they are selling my pod. 5 days and it's gone.My life in a box from a hurricane that you were supposed to be covered for, gets sold.They hid fees but it was too late.I have till monday to pay.

I needed some extra space while doing some reorganization and home repairs. It was so convenient to have a Pod placed right in my driveway that I could load up and store household items while I was working in the house. If I ever have to do it again, I'll definitely use another pod.

We had issues with corporate customer support. We drove down to the PODS Daytona storage and within minutes they corrected the error. Rafael and Steve were both extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly. We will be recommending this location to anyone asking and will be using them again ourselves.

The pod was in great shape, pickup and transport was great, all my items were in great condition when I finally got it back. I had some issues with scheduling and billing but after a bad google review the online team reached out internally and I finally got a refund on $500 in overcharges. It took nearly a month to plead my case and get my refund though.I think pods should look into the billing and scheduling departments and do some tweaking to the automatic billing that the system does and ensure that this kind of thing doesn't continue to happen. Most complaints seem to be around billing and the back office teams.

Over charged us a month and a pickup fee because their driver didn’t show up on pickup time.I had to take off another day of work. Pods fault for not picking pod up on time. So this place think it’s okay to steal another month of pod rent .They owe us $420.53.

Displaced by Hurricane Ian. Still cant get a paid invoice to send to fema. Tons of billing issues. Not keeping with the price quoted and im pretty sure they still owe me money because they withdrew way too much. Its convienant having storage in the driveway, but not worth the hassle. I saw this new company cant remember the name, but i will definitely not use PODS again.

So far it's been just so easy. But I haven't had them pick it up yet.Yeah! It's been hell since the 1st bill. I have been overcharged for 6 months. They refunded my credit card the difference after calling every day and then they billed my account for the wrong amount this month and said that my rate changed. NOT!!! I guess it's back to calling everyday. I just might dispute it with the cc . NEVER EVER RECOMMEND PODS AGAIN.

We were put out of our home by Hurricane IAN for 35 days!! From our very first contact via cell phone with PODS, to the delivery & subsequent pick up, EVERYTHING was fantastic !! A very welcome encounter with such amazing customer service during the absolute worst time of our life !!! JOE, our driver, was a stellar example of how to present himself & the PODS brand & company !!! We completely unreservedly highly recommend JOE to any & ALL who want & need such impeccable customer service !!! I had a pod moved from Minnesota to Florida. They did a great job on the phone getting me all set up with the website and I scheduled everything on the website. They picked up and delivered exactly as promised. The drivers on both ends of the delivery were courteous and professional. I would definitely use pods again.

From start to finish, PODS was a great experience! My daughter recently used a full service moving company to move out of state and it was so disappointing and over priced. She said if she had it to do all over again, she would have used PODS. I decided to give PODS a try when moving my mother. It was one of the best decision I ever made! Thank you PODS team!

This 5 star review is ONLY for our POD delivery driver from Daytona, Robbie. He is the ONLY good experience we have had with this company. Give Robbie a BIG BONUS for a PERFECTLY executed job. Thank you Robbie, you are a rock star!The customer service and billing departments were a nightmare. I would give them 1 star. We do not foresee using this company again. :-(

So much stuff came completely demolished. I don't know what they did to that pod in transit to break that many sturdy items. Only giving it a third star because it was pretty cheap and the first driver we had was amazing. The driver that dropped it off ... Not so much. She didn't call before she came, dropped the pod in front of the wrong house, and refused to move it.
