“Easy to pick up, and return. No issues, no hassle, no nitpicking and trying to scam me out of my money. The only complaint is that I wasn't allowed to pick up a van per my original reservation and had to take a truck instead but nothing crazy and I'm not too concerned with it.”

Sal and Tom talked through the issue. The part was identified and Sal took extra time to ensure he had the correct fittings for the installation.
