Very irritated and unsatisfied, there is never anyone on property to speak to. I haven't even had my storage for a month and there is already a mouse problem. I open my storage today and was welcomed by an overwhelming stench of mouse urine. I found mouse excrement all-over my kids toys in the stuffed animals. I called the office no answer. I knocked on the staff door where there is clearly a truck parked outside, and nothing. No call back, no response at the door. I had to buy my own mouse poison to control this situation. I will be callimg corporate today if this issue isn't resolved.

I needed some temporary storage space for a car. I found a space and a good price at the store at 350 Nova Road. Sheila was a pleasure to talk to and very helpful in accommodating my needs for storage. She made the move-in process very simple, she is truly an asset to this organization. Thanks!

Rented unseen, I mean it's a storage space, right? A week later we go to check out the unit. Light is burnt out, weather stripping on the rolling door hanging half off. Open the door and see fire retardant insulation from the ceiling falling down everywhere. So I call and get a machine, and leave a message about my concerns. An hour or so later I get a call from a guy who essentially tells me electricity/light is not included, and I can buy a sticky battery powered light, the insulation falling everywhere is normal I guess, and they'll have to get a contractor to fix the door. My wife and I cancelled, and basically just threw away money, because we wouldn't store anything in there. We've used Public Storage in Lake Mary, and it was a great experience. Highly NOT recommended.
