great selection and beautiful design outside. But keep a eye on dates at this location they are slipping at the location and most staff is friendly but the lady working at the self checkout at 130 pm today was very rude not a pleasure she shouldn't be working there if she hates working she does not represent the values Publix was founded upon . But the customer service lady was amazing at the customer service desk

I love shopping at this Publix because the staff are so helpful and there's never a long line unless it's a holiday. I've never had a bad experience at any Publix but this one is definitely the best. The staff always goes over and beyond to help me out.

Whenever you ask the seafood department to steam food, they act as if it's a big burden. The last time I had something steamed, it was cold. I took the food back to the person who steamed it, and he said it's previously cooked anyway as if I'm supposed to eat ice cold food... WTF.... I'll never go back

Had to use this Publix because mine was out of stock. I always do self check out with no problems on Taylor Road. If you do self check out at the store and you have a question or problem make sure you don’t ask Kayla because she does not want to be bothered. We go to Publix so that we don’t get treated like Your at walmart. Can’t say that today.

Very friendly and helpful employees and great selection… prices are a little higher but if you time out the BOGO buys and on sale, it just cheap and a lot nicer place to shop for sure! Meats are very good there along with a very nice produce section….and best of all, it’s right next to Latitude Margaritaville where I live and I can ride there on my golf cart….

I didn't go in the store this time. I was checking the location in case I could get my vaccine shot there. I wasn't able to get in at a Publix site but it is where I shop. Can't wait to shop here. New stores can only be awesome.

They said they’d notify me when my prescription was ready. Waited two days, never heard from them. Decided to call them today, turns out my prescription was ready the day I dropped it off. Now I’m two days late on my antibiotics, and have gone through two days of pain for no reason other than someone couldn’t be bothered to send out a text or call.Go literally anywhere else if you value your health, because this pharmacy is dangerous. I’m livid, I’m in pain, and I truly hope they don’t do this to anyone else ever again.

I didn’t catch his name, but a gentlemen in the bakery went out of his way to find a product for me. So much, that he tracked me down in the store after finding the item! He went out of his way to ensure great customer service.
