The deli/chicken counter folks at this location are always amazing. And Customer Service is fairly nice/helpful. Stock is hit or miss on many items, not just BOGO products.
But I’m most struck by how many people comment on the cleanliness of the store. When I can’t figure out how the large water is always this filthy. Those are not shadows. I don’t get how they’re stored or shipped. And why they can’t be wiped before putting on the shelf.

Usually a great experience. Unfortunately today our cashier Genesis was impatient and instead of waiting for her coworker to get from checking if one of our items were bogo she insisted we paid now and started ringing out the next order while we were still waiting. Felt like she was just rushing us out and didnt care if we were satisfied.

They put signs on the wrong products and act like you're the stupid one for expecting that to be the price. These were marked bogo with a sign in front. Get to the register and they act like I'm crazy. Then when you take it off because it's the wrong price they have to wait for a manager. This is two weeks in a row now

The deli never has fried chicken,never has gallons of sweet tea. Asking someone for anything in the deli is a crime. They look at you like I'm busy and dont have time to help you. This store has bad management.

I had an interesting few experiences recently. I was checking out with the self check out and had some produce to weigh and enter. The produce weighed 1.12 pounds as I looked up the item from their alphabetical list. So I put in the item from the menu and it showed up as 1.76 pounds in the receipt. I also had wine so I needed the age verification also. I pointed this out to the friendly clerk and she suggested that I put something else on the scale. Well, no I didn’t . She voided it and put in a code, perhaps he caught us code..? So that was last week. This week I bought produce and went through a regular check out. So for my own curiosity when I got home I weighed it on my food scale. Once again my .76 pound onion must have been working out in the bag coming home. It had lost weight down to .57 at home. Shopping isn’t as much of a pleasure knowing the Publix had their thumb on the scales. You know Aldis has surprisingly good merchandise for a fraction of what Publix cheats you out of. I’ll continue to try other publixes to see if they all cheat on produce weights.

Don't dare go to the deli counter and ask for a friendly experience. First they might not even acknowledge you for ten minutes. Second you'll get attitude when ordering and third they usually mess the order up. Two thumbs down
