They need to hire more techs. There was only two or maybe 3. The amount of wait time is really bad and exceeds the computer estimate.
Honestly I would of chosen a different option if I new that an hour guaranteed has gone to an hour and a half of my time.
Gave up at 1 hr 40. Will not use quest in the future .
Computer said 30 min to an hour. Guaranteed not more then an hour stated on the check in screen terminal??

They serve quickly but this is the second time the employees have a rude attitude when speaking, look for people who know how to treat patients more pleasantly.

Absolutely unacceptable. I made an appointment and waited over an hour. What’s the point of making an appointment? Employees are rude and dismissive of the needs of patients (or should I say customers…)
The waiting room is small and cramped with not enough chairs. I pulled out my laptop so I could at least get some work done and they don’t even have guest WiFi, which is the most basic thing a business can offer.
One other customer had been waiting since 7:30 AM (2PM as I am writing this). I would rate negative stars if I could

They canceled my appointment even though I was here 8min in advance of the appointment time. Staff walked away and didn’t even help me. Unprofessional

ERICA! BEST EXPERIENCE! Nobody "EVER" hits my vein the first time. Erica in room #1 took care of this in her 1st attempt to draw. Today I gave 11 vials for 2 doctors, and was in & out in no time. Quest always does a great job for me, but today was different...(blessed)! Maybe I'll go play the Lottery, lol! Thanks again Erica! 🙂

If I could give 0 star I would. Is the worst quest I’ve been to. I had an appointment today for 11:40 and I was there for an hour and never called me. Saw a few people walking in and getting help. When I ask about my appointment they said that I needed to wait and be patient or leave and make another appointment in another place. What a way to treat people. They are racist and mean to people.

Baaaaad customer service , we made an appointment , 45 minutes later we ask one of the 3 lady’s that were working , and she said that if I don’t see that she just came from her brake , that I have 2 options , keep waiting or just leave . They act like they don’t wanna be there . I guess that’s the customer service you guys provide . Hire some people that really wanna work !

Has an appointment set for over an hour what’s the purpose for the appointment if you have to wait for an hour after had to fast for 10 hours I do not recommend this location to anyone they need help

Kenya was wonderful. She was courteous and professional. It took her only one try to find my vein, and the process did not even hurt. She is a worthy employee, and I hope she is treated as such.
