I recently broke my left foot so it was a struggle getting in and out my car with crutches and this employee noticed as he was taking out the trash. He walked over and offered to pump my gas for me so I didn’t have to struggle. I asked his name and he informed me he’s the new manager at this location. Thank you Kris for your help . A little kindness goes a long way .

General Manager name Khris with (k) response for my finger getting stuck under the gas pump at station one, which is a known problem. Gave me so much attitude 🙄 it was Horrible. I am still going to pursue this beyond this write up. I asked why the attitude was when my finger 👉 got stuck, and he said I had attitude. Hello, my finger got stuck in the pump, and instead of pumping only $15. The pump took me to 19.28 before I was able to get my finger released. Asked where his name badge was, he said he forgot it at home. This happened at 11:35 am. on 5/16/25. He showed 0 concern and 0 remorse! First time ever using gas station and last. Treatment like that I don't do. Racetrac not a good representation 😕 at all.

The people are rude. I was treated rude, and had an attitude given to me when I'm hard of mmhearing and can't understand and had no idea the rude employee was talking to me in the echo of the restroom anyways. I wasn't doing anything wrong except God forbid, I got caught up on my phone, and just lost track. I was a frequent customer, I know they won't care, but I won't be back.

Just know that when their gas pumps don't work, there's no signs, even when it's been not working a couple days (according to the cashier who took my payment and didn't mention it until I came back in to change pumps). AND, since I paid with my card, I had to pay again for the pump I changed to. The cashier said it'll go back on my card; maybe in a few days, cause I was charged for the gas I never received. Used to be a trustworthy gas station.

Don't use your cards at these racetracks they took the money, out of gas and can't give me a receipt for anything.

Stopped here while working and an associate told me half of the store was closed while she mopped. Including both bathrooms. Had an attitude while doing it.

Extremely busy location and staff does an adequate job of keeping things running. One of the only drawbacks is the consistent loitering of individuals asking for money.

Horrible store they got people doing drugs in a bathroom living on the side of racetrack smoking crack the manager and staff cater to the druggies and do them special favors just watch what you touch in there I rather go to Wawa they got people living on the property

This store sucks. I work a job around the corner and have been coming in this store on and off.....praying it gets better.....but Nope......soda machine is constantly fouled up.....homeless constantly hanging around the store....constantly having issues with condiments......just sux

Always short handed. So store is always closed. I get around 250 to 300 in gas for a large vessel. But can never get it here due to closed half the time

Some of the employees have horrible customer service skills; they are rude, lazy, and even verbally aggressive.WaWa is OPEN 24-Hours ALL THE TIMEHow long is RaceTrac going to keep using the excuse that they are understaffed and/or can't find qualified people to work? WaWa doesn't seem to have this problem. 7-Eleven, Circle-K, Kum & Go can operate with one employee.WaWa is 2 miles NORTH and is OPEN 24-Hours ALL THE TIMEIt's a safety concern for your employees to work the overnight shift alone? Hogwash! You have a metal service box.Save yourself the disappointment and JUST GO TO WAWA

I stop in early morning 2 people are usually on duty . But the problem everytime I go I have stand at the register for 10 mins or so waiting for the employees to stop talking to each other about personal affairs . One instance I waited for almost 20 minutes and I was the only one in the store for them to stop talking and acknowledge me and get what I needed.

I got gas and the next day my car wouldn't start turned out the mechanic said it was bad gas and could have messed up my car even worse.
