Cleaning is good, however your customer service is lacking. Ringing the bell and no response with no one in the facility. Another customer enters and waits, the finally the attendant comes out.

Superb service! Very professional! I had a shirt that needed the creases on the sleeves corrected and they did a fantastic job of fixing my favorite shirt! In addition, I mistakenly left $40 in my pants pocket and the gentleman manager found the money and returned it to me when I picked up my clothes. In today’s society, sometimes it is hard to find that kind of honesty. I am very impressed with their business and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any cleaning and laundry services. May God continue to shine on their success!! They are the best in town! THEY WILL ALWAYS GET MY BUSINESS!!

We were in town for a wedding when we realized that mom's dress had a stain on it from traveling here. Went in to Rick's and told them we didn't know what the stain was from. They were willing to give it a cleaning to see how it came out. We picked it up just in time for the wedding (2 day turn around). Stain is gone and it looks perfect.

I went in to see if they could steam or press two outfits for me. The website offers same-day service however there are several stipulations to this which are not disclosed. Your items have to be in before 9:00 am, same day service on Saturday differs than Monday through Friday, etc. I do not have a problem with your requirements but at least advertise them so that customers are aware.
