I'm sorry to say that one of my favorite stores I like to shop in. I am
64 yr old walked in yesterday to ask to use the restroom, before I did my shopping, to whom I assumed was the manager Mr Lee. Mr Lee started to tell me that the bathrooms was out of order broke down. So I left to go to Wawa. As I returned to come back to Roses, I met a couple of ladies coming out of the Roses, so I decided find ask them if they knew if you need a key to get in the ladies bathroom? And was surprised that one of shopper was able to tell me that she just use the bathroom with no problem and didn't need a key. I feel as if I were racially profiling or racially discrimination!

The cashier was rude. The manager was rude. I received a flyer in the mail that was advertising what was on sale. When I went to check out the item rang up more. They were rude and would not honor the sale and told me to go back home and bring them the flyer so they could see what was on sale. The manager didn't even introduce herself . She crossed her arms and said rudely we don't get the sale flyers so we don't know what is on sale. Refused to give me the sale price and over charged me. They don't honor the sale prices in the sale flyer. It's false advertisement . They get you in the store so they can over charge you. I won't be back!!!!

Amazing store I go crazy in it. Every time prices are great selection is huge. The only problem is I never realize how much I’m gonna spend when I go in there. I always think I’m just spending a couple dollars and turns to a couple hundred really quick find out that I wanted and needed a lot more than I realized.

Nice store great anti Walmart alternative. Nice selection good prices and nice staff and lots of different things. You never know what you're going to find here but you're always going to find something. Stock in store changes often so buy it today if you like something because it'll be gone next time.

Dear manager I went into the store and grab an item it was the last item the( spray bottle perfume fantasy) the bottle was used but not a lot I ask Sharon can she give me a discount she said she wish she could but she couldn't very unprofessional,she should of call her manager.......VERY POOR SERVICE

I went into the rose express on Nova Road to buy some gift cards (at least $200.00 worth) because they were offering a “special 5.00 dollars off 25.00 dollars” on three different ones, until June 23rd.
The rude and unprofessional cashier couldn’t get any of them to get them to come up activated after he rung them up, so I asked for the manager,
She came up like 25 minutes later and couldn’t even get them to work also!
So I asked if she can honor another gift cards that would work and she said no, and threw out the ones that didn’t work
So three days later, I called the home office n spoke to CS , who told me a DM
would call me back within 24 hours and for two days, they could not return my phone call after they promised me Someone would!
So I just wanted to let everybody know this isn’t the greatest Store AND apparently neither is there Home Office !

I love shopping at Roses on Mason and Nova Rd, Daytona Beach especially on Wednesday's. There store is well organized but their bathroom is totally disgusting. If my grandchild needs to use the bathroom they can't because it's ALWAYS gross. ?

Not like it used to be. Decent prices and clean. Now it's absolutely disgusting especially the bathrooms. Like was it really hard to renovate and do some clean up. There is always toilet full or covered in something. The store is always a mess . The prices have gone up a lot not even the same anymore.
