I want to express my disappointment with my recent experience, particularly with Josh. Until this point, I have had nothing but positive encounters with your office and the wonderful staff in the electricity department, whether my requests were approved or denied. However, after waiting two weeks for assistance, I was met with disrespect rather than the help I expected.
Despite reviewing my information previously, he purposely mispronounced my name as “Trianah” even after I corrected him. He didn't care; he continued to refer to me as “whoever the individual is that is requesting a callback,” which felt disrespectful.
When I followed up, his response was dismissive, suggesting that I was a burden. Customer service should be about delivering assistance with respect and professionalism, even when the answer is no. I did not expect such a confrontational demeanor from him, and I hope he can find a role that aligns better with his interests, as he doesn't seem fulfilled in his position.

Wow! This place is great! Every one is loving and caring and there Sunday church service really met our needs! They even off you free breakfast on Sunday before church! LT Tim and LT Kalynn are the best!

Seldom do we commend or applaud the heroism of those men and women who services our communities. What heroism to engage ones will with the will of those who are so desperately in need of social and economic justice. You are the heroes that stand on the forefront of economic injustice. Ron, you have shared so tirelessly the vision of General Booth whose mission was to build an army of unwavering soldiers. You and your noticeable comrades shared visibly a remarkable organizational culture that reflected accountability and public trust while servicing those who desperately need social services redemption.

The pastor was very friendly and some of the people were also friendly, except a few. I work on the over nights and just got off work. I was sitting at the table and this lady went right by me and took a big wiff. She immediately Sat down at her table like it's coffee tea time. This part made me feel a little uncomfortable. The pastor didn't judge he welcomed me. Here those people showed up in f350s nissans, cadillacs. And I just have a beat up old honda. The meats were good except the fruits that were very rotten sour.

Extremely friendly staff and very helpful. They made the process easy and they don't make you feel like you are below them because you need help. If you need help, contact them.
