This location does not exist- the store employees said if you google search the store you would see that- but who searches by the actual store if you didn’t know the location to start with… update your info .. update your info!!!!!

All of the cart was in use so it was holding items and the staff was very slow in the back at the check out counter Iwas parked in the back .

Went with my friend. She said that the service here wasn't like the others. No offer to do makeup to try out different lipsticks. Suck was also low and they were out of a lot of things, especially neutral colors. She left without buying anything.

8/23/22. Daytona Beach, FL, Volusia Mall, Sephora inside JC Penney has drastically little stock left, the store is moving to Orange City, FL according to sales clerks. The new products will be Beauty by JCPenney and the sales clerk indicated JCPenney brands and maybe a few more. Hope this info is helpful.

Pretty disappointed when I went in last week. They had nothing on the shelves and no one really explained why until I pretty much gave up and had to ask. Staff mentioned they were moving, but I heard it could be turning into an online-only type shopping experience? I'm not sure but what I do know is they're moving to the Port Orange Kohl's store.I want a place I can walk into and purchase my favorite brands. I don't want to have to drive 30-60 min or wait 2 weeks for an order to get my products. They didn't have any notification i.e. signs or anything as to why they're shelves were bare, so beware if you get there before everything is gone!

The cashiers were nice so it has nothing to due with the staff however...I went to return an item i bought from sephora.com and was not able to return it because they are not affiliated with the website because they are based inside JCPenny... besides that the selection was horrible they only sold like 5 brands... wouldnt shop there again

I had the pleasure of receiving great customer service from this store. However, their lack of inventory is very displeasing. I’ll stop by the store every so often and their cosmetic shelves is not fully stocked. It’s disheartening that I have to drive to a different city or get my products from Ulta. I’m not sure what’s the issue is but this has been going on prior to covid.

This is sad Sephora. I understand it’s an edited assortment of a stand-alone Sephora but shelves were empty and some of the best brands weren’t available. Not worth the trip. I had hoped to avoid a trip into Orlando. At this point I’ll just deal with ordering online and returning by mail.

The salesperson was very helpful as she went through various areas looking for one lip gloss I needed for a gift. She was confident in recommending another option since the first option wasn't there. The individual I bought the gift for was highly appreciative of the choice.Thanks for helping a confused dude!!
