“Called Staples copy center and was told to use the website. Stopped by and the Dude' pointed to the self service. Left very PO'd and went to FedEx on ISB. Cathy took care of everything. Had to use a UPS shipping return label. Went to their "Do not care center" on Fentres. Closed at 11:30. Staples and ups deserve each other”
“This trip to Staples was completely different from all the other times I have purchased office supplies. Staples is an Amazon Return Center. This is easier than mailing it back yourself. Amazon accepts your return and offers the suggestion to complete your return here. A QR code is sent to your phone. Bring your unwrapped and unboxed product here. Take it to the desk on the right. He scans your QR code and gives you a receipt. In 5 minutes, you're out the door.
It took longer for me after I saw the phone accessories aisle. This Staples is next to Michaels Craft store on ISP.”

“There's a few reasons. The stores location. Very easy accessible. The store is always set up an very clean an orderly. The staff really makes your visit enjoyable. Just dropping off a return to shipping a package or picking up mail. They treat you as part of there family. I can honestly say I love my UPS Store”
