Never using this company for internet and cable ever again my bill is always 400 dollars and I'm on the $49 plan blow your phone up before payment shit is crazy

If I could leave a review for the customer service number I would. I paid my bill late and tell me why spectrum is harassing me still calling for payment on a bill that's already been paid.. harassment isn't tolerated when your new bill ain't late!

Spectrum is going down fast. Looking for a different provider. Spectrum flat out stole my money! I’ve been charged over $200 for someone else’s account I did not authorize! my bank account and account with Spectrum are not related! Nothing but problems with these people. I’ve spoke to four people on the phone, including fraud. Not one person would help me! I’m trying to dispute it with the bank and they agree with me however, I could not afford Christmas this year as a result because it’ll be after Christmas before I get the money back. Thanks! Shame! Shame! Shame!

The mere fact that you can not reach the store directly by phone is ABSURD! I was told that I was expected to drive 45ni to the location to check in store and that Spectrum customer service is unable to call there own locations to check on merchandise and ot have the store call a customer because the store are unable to accept in bound calls of any sort. Have I stepped into an information technology black hole! Is spectrum honestly this inept of a company?

Tried to return the business equipment at this location, (I have returned many equipment at this location before) they told me I had to return it to UPS, however when I called over the phone I was told they were suppose to accept my equipment there and reported the location to their managers. I am so happy to be rid of spectrum internet.

I would have given a one star review, but I decided to give a four star review. Only because I dropped equipment off and no one told me it's technically not a drop off location so I got an email shortly after I dropped it off saying I would be charged for the spectrum equipment, because they didn't receive it. I went back up there the next day and was helped by someone else. She gave me a receipt for my equipment to ensure I would not be charged!

Don't know who needs to hear this but today a service man from your company knocked on my door and said they tracked a problem down in my neighborhood that was causing problems back to my lines...Troy was so professional he found the problem ..it was under my house where something had chewed thru the cable..I've had numerous service people come out in the past...none of them located the problem..THANK YOU TROY.. now if you could please get me a better rate than $85 I'd really be happy 😊

I returned my equipment canceled my service and Spectrum continued to charge me for the next 3 months they say there's absolutely nothing they can do about it they know that I returned the equipment how can I possibly have continued to use their service if I didn't have their equipment this is a form of theft I think I'm just going to file a small claims against them I'm also going to cancel my phone service shame on Spectrum

BEWARE!! I purchased a new phone and within minutes of leaving store I was hacked! My identity was stolen and they didn’t even care. They actually charged me a restock fee and put compromised phone back for their next victim! It seemed to be an inside ripoff by employees. However, they could have least provided me with free credit monitoring. I noticed they had previously been sued for same ripoff and theft they pulled on me. Please go anywhere else, unless you feel like getting your identity stolen. I wouldn’t even give them one star. But I feel the community needs to be aware of this store.
