Went there today to see about an upgrade and the kid working was to busy on his phone and couldn't be bothered wirh us.

We want to the store to update our plan but instead to get help Janelle wasn’t helpful at all and give us attitude about an IPad what she should order for us so we ended up in another store.

I had a unique problem I needed help with and every employee in the store attempted to resolve my issue. Cassie and Janelle are great they went above and beyond! I don’t know the assistant store manager’s name but he was helpful also

Store was clean and well laid out. Staff was friendly but did not make the visit exceptional. They tended to be more scripted in their sales approach instead of keeping a human touch within the experience. Moving forward, if the staff took the time to ask probing questions, in a human way similar to speaking with a friend, they would increase their sales at least ten fold. Overall this was not a bad visit just not an exceptional one.

We come over to this shop and show the international driver license, they said they could not accept, only accept United state license, that mean they are higher authority than the government or any other agency, later we show him the pilot license he said need picture. But we use these combinations on other T mobile shop was fine, when we ask , the manger he called him self Glenn even teasing to us said he know nothing , I said I complain later, he was so proud said I have worked for company 17 years. That mean “ I am the king here “ company even can not do nothing to him. All this happens maybe my friend is an international, so he treat her like this, bad ,he should be shame of this. Don’t come to this shop go to others.

T-Mobile has to be the scummiest company I've ever dealt with. They resort to deceptive sales tactics, even lying with the ulterior motive of getting you to pay more.
I don't recommend this company to anyone! There are better and more honest phone companies out there

I came into this location, wanting to upgrade my phone and my disabled daughter’s phone. I waited a good 15 minutes without being greeted by anyone, when I finally got helped, it was because I had to go up to one of the workers who was standing on her phone the entire time. Her name tag said Melanie and I believe she was the assistant manager. She was visibly annoyed when I asked for assistance. I thought it was weird that she was showing mid drift as well I know for a fact, this was not a part of her uniform to tie her shirt up in a not where her stomach and back were exposed. I specifically asked her not to change my rate plan, as it is grandfathered in after being with the company for nine years, but she changed it without my permission. When I was getting my daughter’s phone ready to transfer, she kept mocking my disabled daughters expressions to her employees. I saw her doing this in the doorway to their back office, and assumed she thought I couldn’t see her. When we got to the checkout screen to pay for my two phones, taxes and fees, I specifically told her I did not want any accessories, and after looking back at the receipt, she charged me two charging blocks without my knowledge. When I brought it up to her, she tried saying it was “included in the purchase”, but I know that is a lie, because there are no promotions like that after talking with other reps from the Tanger outlet location. Besides, the mocking, lying, and overall disgusting service, I will sadly not be returning back to this location. I previously always enjoyed coming here, but Melanie has left a disgusting taste in my mouth. Do better T-Mobile.

Ethan was super helpful and well informed. I'm a T-Mobile customer for quite some time now and so far this is my favorite T-Mobile outlet!
