Slow, on most days. On a thursday, friday, saturday, or a holiday they're really really slow. Waited in line for 12 minutes. I put more cash than I did checks into deposit, and they wouldn't honor the checks, because they weren't truest accounts. so even when you have cash in your account, they won't honor other checks until the next day.Banks make credit unions look great.

Stay away the lady working saturday was absolutely disrespectful and not helpful. Couldnt cash my check, told me to go to other location.

Poor customer service. Even after going into the branch and speaking to the manager and a follow-up call there was no resolution. She didn't know what she was doing and I was left with no access to my account.

We had some business stuff to straighten out and Sarah Hill was Amazing. Highly recommend setting an appointment with Sarah for all your banking needs. She was able to get everything taken care of with ease. Changing business structure, all the account maintenance was overdue from previous ownership, adding a couple signatories etc.. she was even able to save us some money in the end. Thanks for that ;)

The ATM is down again…it’s almost as reliable as an, umm bank in the flailing banking years of 2023. Don’t worry people, this bank isn’t collapsing - it is always this bad.

I opened an account and found out less than 24 hours later they had a $400 promotion and then they refused to give it to me. I called corporate, I called the branch, I called everyone. These people are sooooooooooooooooooo deceptive. I can't wait to close my account here and tell everyone to go get $400 and then pull their money out. I'm a single mom tryin to find a place for my kids to live and this would've help me so much. Ok can't believe how evil this bank is. I was a faithful SunTrust account holder for about 8 years. I recently went back and man do I wish I never did. Can't wait to close my account tomorrow and tell everyone I know how too get free $400 and close out their accounts and everyone I know who has investments and mortgages to switch over. They make Wells Fargo look good. I hope you guys go down in flames. This review will be in every website I can find about banks.

When you want to bank like it’s 1890 in high tech 2022…only one ATM. One! And it often malfunctions not gives out $100s. Thankfully this is a new surplus account but even then why am I having issues. Perhaps just this location?!

This bank is so sad, first check deposited they put hold on it said it may be 2 months. What gives the check is local buissness with millions in bank. Then cant get them on phone. Needs investigation if u ask me. Put all on social media and let folks know. Tag location

This bankIs complete garbage since SunTrust was bought out. I haven’t gotten a debit card in 2 months of trying . Their mail doesn’t arrive . SunTrust never had this problem. Then I get my debit card mailed to the branch. They came in while I was offshore for 2 days. So they shred my cards . Then they tell me to come in, I do and they don’t have time for me with out an appointment . Worst customer service and worst bank on the planet. Take your $ and run

First of all one of your employees, answered the phone and hung up on me immediately... I go to the site location in person and I get helped by a lady that was ready to lose her patients. She was zero help to me and ask if I can come back Monday, that they are all booked for debit card request, I explained I'm out of town quite frequently and I cant, I'm leaving town again tomorrow. Her response was you wouldn't get your card that fast anyways... This is a sad display of customers service, times are tough for everybody. This was a disgusting first experience on site... I won't have an account here for much longer.... I've never had this kind of experience with SunTrust.

The staff is so friendly and professional that I’m considering switching banks because my family all banks there...everybody is so knowledgeable! What a pleasant experience!
