Ensure that when you visit and plan to open an account, dress appropriately and avoid going straight from work. On my second visit, the branch leader made it appear as if I were engaging in something illicit, despite having all the necessary documents. It seems dressing or presenting yourself a certain way is crucial to avoid raising suspicions. Imagining if I had deposited my hard-earned money there, it would have triggered an even stronger warning signal. I'm inclined to steer clear of that bank altogether.

I actually enjoy entering this branch to make withdrawals and deposits. The staff are so courteous and super sweet and respectful. It's actually preferable to the speed of th ATM as they without fail ask how you're doing and express empathy.

Imagine working at this location…now realize how lucky you actually are that you don’t. Imagine banking here…well it looks like this often -> with many more waiting behind me. One day I will find that golden location with more than one working atm ?

Here comes another one star review for this place. I hope that upper management takes time to look at these reviews and do something about the long-term staffing situation here. The bank manager was already on a conference call when I arrived at ~9:30. Only one other staff member was there to help with things unrelated to the main desk, where people were at the drive-through etc., and they were already assisting a couple. After over half an hour I got up to ask the tellers if the manager was still on their conference call which they then confirmed. These are normal banking hours. It was now after 10:00. They should have more staff available or avoid having important staff members tied up on conference calls while their clients are left waiting. They could do conference calls in the early morning before the bank is open to clients or at the end of the day when clients are not needing to be served. The poor customer service is unacceptable.

Unfortunately I have to deal with this branch more often than I would prefer too.Today, Kevin was above and beyond rude. Not that he's very nice any other day but today's disrespect and hostility was enough. At this point I do not understand how he is still employed with this company nor do I understand how this company is even calling themselves a bank and believing it. They are nothing more than a paperweight.#letsgobrandon

Worst location. Asked manager for checks. Waited a month, came back in and talked to the same manager. He said they were never ordered and he never dealt with me before. I also asked for overdraft protection on my account. Of course that was never enabled for my account. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I would give 0 stars if it was possible. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a bank in my whole 28 years of living. I just opened this account less than a month ago and only ever used it once by transferring my whole paycheck from my Venmo account to the account I opened with suntrust. The day before my funds would’ve been available to me my account was being closed. My money is now being held and they are lying that there was a transaction made when I have never used that account and I never even received my debit card until after my account was closed. I threw that away immediately. They claim that my account is under further investigation due to the so-called transaction and that it could take another 15 days which is a whole month before I could get my money sent by check. I have been sober for a while now for me and my four kids and now I feel like I’m Going to fall back into my old ways because of this issue. I can’t pay my bills and the pandemic has already Screwed us enough. Now this? Why do you all think this is OK to screw with peoples lives. You could cause serious damage and you people don’t even care.

Our experiences with this branch have been excellent. We came here after finally getting fed up with Bank of America. We got a home equity loan here and it was a quick and easy process. Norman was especially helpful in getting us through the loan process & subsequently answering questions later. Tellers are very friendly and helpful. We do wish that this branch was open on weekends, as we went to the Palmetto branch on a Saturday & had to wait 15 minutes to talk to someone even though there were no other customers in the bank at the time. I do not know why others have had such bad experiences, but maybe they ought to go to a really big & impersonal bank like BOA first, because, to us, coming here after 16 years of BOA, feels like we are dealing with the “hometown” banks of old.
