One of the trashiest T-Mobile stores I have ever witnessed. They claim corporate is better but they had no name tags were not assisting me pay my phones off or bill. Trying to shoo me away to online or a 30 minute wait phone call. Completely rude and disrespectful. They false who there store manager is so you never know what is honest. Gave me fake name business cards. True scammers!

I had an absolutely incredible experience with Kaylee at T-Mobile when I faced a phone emergency. My old phone suddenly died, and I was left without any means of communication. I walked into the store feeling anxious and frustrated, but Kaylee's exceptional customer service turned my day around.From the moment I explained my situation, Kaylee was attentive and empathetic. She immediately assessed the issue and wasted no time in finding a solution. Her knowledge and expertise were evident as she guided me through the process of selecting a new phone that suited my needs perfectly.What truly stood out was how Kaylee went above and beyond to expedite the entire process. Despite the urgency of my situation, she remained calm and composed, ensuring that I didn't feel rushed or pressured. She swiftly handled all the paperwork and technicalities, making the transition to a new phone seamless.Kaylee's professionalism, patience, and commitment to excellent customer service were truly remarkable. I left the store with a brand new phone and a smile on my face, thanks to her exceptional assistance.I cannot thank Kaylee and T-Mobile enough for their outstanding support during my phone emergency. It's rare to encounter such dedicated and knowledgeable staff who genuinely care about their customers. Kaylee deserves all the recognition and praise for her stellar service. She turned a potentially stressful situation into a positive experience, and for that, I am truly grateful. T-Mobile is fortunate to have Kaylee as part of their team, and I will be a loyal customer for life because of her outstanding service.

Alexis s. Did an amazing job at assisting me and my fiancé with her phone. They had an issue with the e sims and she handle everything so well. She also helped her with a new apple watch. If i could i would give her more than 5 stars great work

I can't say enough about the courtesy and patience that Ken and his team have shown to myself and my friend who needed a replacement phone and was dealing with many issues. They were amazong. Highly recommend going to this T-Mobile on International speedway.

Customer care online suggested I go to a store for a problem with a watch they had sent me. That probably wasn't the correct way to do that, but Ken, the manager in duty and his salesperson Marquis, stepped up and took care of me. Ken actually told the salesman, "don't make him go call customer care again, take care of the customer! Don't make him go through a run around. ".I've been a T-Mobile customer for over 20 years and I will always use this store from now on. They really stepped up when other people dropped the ball. You can trade here and know you're going to get professional service from knowledgeable people that are customer satisfaction oriented. They turned a frustrating ordeal into a satisfactory and pleasant experience. Good job Ken and Marquis! Thank You

I went into the store just to ask questions about my mother in laws phone line, but I ended up leaving with an iPad for my grandmother. She does not have access to internet at home, so we ended up getting her an iPad with data service. The manager Ken and his team were great. They walked me through different options and did not make me feel bad about picking what was best for my family. He offered to have it sent to my grandmother, but I explained since she is elderly I needed to set it up before sending to her but did not have time to do it that day in store, he took a moment to talk to another manager, came back and told me to bring it back to him in store Monday and he would be happy to have it shipped to my grandma. I took the time over the weekend to get it ready for her. I walked into the store Monday to a few of his team that were there when I went in and they recognized me immediately and were happy to help. I will always recommend this store! Thanks for making things seamless. 10/10 recommend.

We dealt with Roman, who knew very quickly diagnosed our issue and FIXED IT. He was instrumental in stopping someone from interfering in not only phone services, but with my partners sanity. I cannot thank him enough for doing as he did for us. Tmobile would be STUPID to ever let him go.

Fantastic crew! I had a problem with another store and they explained everything I needed to do to fix it. They were so helpful and concerned for me. Efrain was patient and kind and I really appreciated them all. If I ever need to go back to a T mobile store I’ll make the drive to this one!!

Where should I even start. This store and staff was amazing! Busy Saturday but we were attended to relatively quickly for a walk-in. We had already had an unpleasant experience with the TMobile third-party store in the Port Orange Pavilion. It was a simple fix that the other store didn’t even try to address! We had our older child and toddler that were doing their best to make it through a stressful day, and the staff gave them crayons and coloring to keep them occupied. I can’t say enough good things about the staff here! Quick, efficient, and friendly service! Highly recommend.

I went to this store and was very impressed! Eddie took care of everything that I needed. I was there to switch providers and he was so very helpful. I was having some problems signing in on some apps and I had to text him and he was great! He was also very patient with me. I would highly suggest anyone to go to this store for exceptional service!

Sarah one of the Managers has Always assisted me Professionally & Efficient each time l needed Help. She has been here Several years now. I Really Appreciate when a store Remembers you & staff are there for many years. This way they know what you need from working with you in the past.Today she Really Helped me out...!!!As a 21 year T-Mobile Customer it means a Lot. This is a great location and i was very pleased. Sarah was able to help me fix something on my phone that even tech support was unable to do. She was so kind and helpful. She is also a great manager because she was always trying to help her staff also. I will drive the extra distance to go to this location.
