worst bank in history of banks … there are no words to describe the inability of these people to do any single thing- EXCEPT keep your debits in pending, wait until there’s about 3$ left in your account, (because in your mind it’s been paid) then slam everything through at once so you rack up about 10 overdraft charges. They had to make restitution for that little game, but you know how greed is you can’t get enough of a good thing so they’re right back at it - now they want to play games - what bank doesn’t provide a digital version of your card if you need a new one?? i’ve never heard of such a thing. TD needs to just get out of the banking game altogether, enough already .

Stopped by this location to open a checking account. Was here over 45min. Went through complicated e~sign procedure 2x. Did not work on their end. After the teller clicked on her screen in silence for 25min she told me they can't do it today. You just helped secure bank of America a new customer.

I called this branch to open a business account. They close at 2 pm, I said I’ll be there at 1:30 pm the lady said I can’t promise you that I’ll be able to finish opening the account, when I asked for straight answer she refused to give it!!

What an amazing store! This team goes above and beyond, to make sure they provide every customer with an amazing experience from beginning to end! They are always there to support all of their customers needs from financial planning, credit services, to even helping set up new and existing businesses and personal accounts! This is to the bank to go to!

Haven't ever been to a bank that I enjoyed. But this bank was a very enjoyable experience. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me to achieve what I set out to do. Jody was fantastic and really helped me a lot. I want to especially give thanks to Jody for her help, she is awesome! I highly recommend going to this bank for all your banking needs because I am for sure.

1 star is too high of a rating for this place. I am thankful I will never have to go there again. Seemed like a third world country. The guard paces back and forth in front of the tellers like a jealous boyfriend. And, I am not kidding, they refused to handle a transaction because I had not signed the back of my ATM card. I recommend that everyone avoid this place.

Been banking here since they opened. Great people, great service. I have read other reviews and can say to those young people - “They should go to a bank that knows them.” - This bank knows me and I have no troubles. You have to have a “home bank”. I will say, they are hiring lots of new people but the TD veterans are helping them learn the clientele.

This particular bank is a joke the service at from is terrible. Won't cash my check unless they personally know me they say. I have an account here. If I go to any other td bo problems. Kidd working and don't even know policy. Trash people seriously done with this bank Monday I want nothing more to do with them after one year there. Trash. Utter Trash service
