I had an appointment to open a new checking account, waited 10 minutes just to find out the person I was supposed to be meeting with took a “late lunch”. When I expressed my concerns the lady with the gray hair looked at me dumbfounded with really no response and let me just walk right out. They obviously don’t care to prioritize their customers, I’m glad I didn’t start a banking relationship with them! No wonder why this place has only 2 stars…

Manger looked at me as I waited with the teller for 30 minutes after close!!! Then proceeded to come over and ask me if I was waiting for her! She then was rude told me there was no help in printing out a debit card and shut down any optimism and pretty much just tried to get me out of there. Terrible experience and worst td bank I’ve been too.

Rude, unfriendly tellers. ATM is consistently broken. Sitting in my car for thirty minutes to deposit fifty bucks.

Horrible experience!!! Did a mobile deposit on the bank app the app says next business day when it didn't clear on Monday I called and they said it will be cleared on Tuesday, Tuesday turned into 6 business days. even after I called and told them what someone told me, they still will not clear it, I'm going back to Bank of America, much better, they will correct a problem right away, like a business should.
SHAME ON YOU TD BANK!!!!!

For the bank and the rules that the bank has I wish I could give zero stars however, at this specific location, a gentleman named Chris went above and beyond to make sure that I can access my account while everybody else shrugged their shoulders at me

4/19/23 Tellers need to improve on customer service. Have customers waiting unnecessarily to receive service.10/30/20 Customer service is poor. Employees move at their own pace. Took over an hour just to get a new debit card printed. Smdh(9/23/2019 - I made a cash deposit in the drive thru for $5. I filled out the deposit slip added the cash then pressed send. I was in a hurry so I left. When I got home and checked my balance the deposit was never made. This TD branch on Internatinal Speedway in Daytona Beach has the worst customer service.) Tellers have poor customer service skills and bad attitudes. They make customers wait unnecessarily for transactions that should only take a couple seconds (cash deposits). I was there today at 12:20 pm using the commercial drive thru lane and one of the tellers acted as if she wasn't going to help/serve me. I've had a commercial account with TD Bank since 2006. They need to give the tellers at this branch some customer service training or replace them.

Worst bank I have ever been in. When I walked in, the security guy acted like a jealous boyfriend and paced back and forth in front of the tellers then when I approached to make a transaction he circled around behind me an made me feel super uncomfortable. Then. If you can even believe it, the tellers says she can't complete my transaction because I hadn't signed the back of my card. Wow. 1st time. Last time. I will never go back to this hole.

We tried to open bank accounts many times online, but it doesn't work. We also took oppoinment at local Bank. When we were there, they said they can not open it, and they prefer to send you back home to do by yourself, if we want the bonus as mentioned on the WebsiteTD, it's offer only online, so they don't want to open it even we already had appointment with them. Really lose our time and it's not clear.

Customer service is not quite what it should be. I had been mowing grass and used the drive thru but had to go in anyway. I was not greeted with a smile, that's for sure
