My experience with Termnix is an excellent one. The overall staff is courteous and professional. My agent, Clayton Link, has been exceptional so far. He is thorough, thoughtful, understanding, pleasant and easy to speak with. No question asked has ever been unanswered. I have no hesitation in recommending Terminix to anyone for their pest control.

I have worked with Terminix on my Florida home for a couple years now and I've worked with Jessica Yike the entire time. I'm in the service industry so I appreciate her dedication to my home and the communication I get on every visit. Most times I'm out of state and Jessica takes the extra time to let me know what she saw and what she did to treat everything. I'm a very satisfied customer. Andreas Lay is very professional and detail oriented. He always spends time to speak with me to review any issues we are having or any specifics we need. He then tends to our home accordingly. Excellent service. Also, very pleased with Terminex overall.
