Every other store in this strip mall has a place for the bored spouse of the shopper to sit and wait. Except this one. They've got a seat or two in the shoe dept, and other by the fitting rooms and I typically use them, and then get kicked out by an employee with nothing better to do. Kind of silly. The TJ Maxx in Palm Coast has a nice bench and I've met some very nice people on that bench. Not sure what's wrong with the manager in Daytona.

This is my go to store, it has everything I may need. The staff are professional and very pleasant. My favorite departments are: women's, jewelry, and pets but I do shop most of the other departments also. Wonderful store.

Very disappointed at the level of unprofessionalism of the employee “Sherry” and the store manager’s dismissive attitude.
We returned to our car and she was just standing there staring and taking pictures of us/car. I initially dismissed her weird demeanor and assumed she was doing something on her phone. I took a good few minutes to load our stuff/kids. She waited then came around to take a picture of my plate.
I called her out to ask why she was taking pictures, she kept walking away and claiming that she didn’t. I followed her back to the store and asked for the manager who claimed she only took pictures of MY Door. They both were lying because I saw her taking pictures of everything. He’s like I am not responsible for her.
I asked her again, why were you taking pictures, she says you’re parked next to my car. I ask again, did we even touch your car, she goes no.
TJ maxx needs a better screening process for its employees because Sherry was rude and her manager was useless.
I was well within the lines as you can see.

Love this store! Will say was disappointed in the customer service! Waited in line to return a hair dry curling iron that I just purchased an it doesn’t work like it should. The worker looks at it goes to manager. The manager says she can’t accept the return! That’s wild! Said it’s a health code and couldn’t do anything about it, the employee told me I should have tried using it on manican! Literally threw it right in their garbage by the front door! Waste of money! Didn’t even give an option for store credit!

Tj Maxx rocks my socks (which btw they always have great deals on) fencing mom and dad in a while and they invited me over for dinner the following evening so I wanted to buy a new outfit so I looked prim and properr for them and tj Maxx did not disappoint as always! I got a pair of black DKNY jeans and a pair of blue Calvin Klein jeans a DKNY belt and a Nautica button down long sleeve for $99 even that I'm sure they will love.. well my dad doesn't care really but my mom will appreciate the effort for sure what do I got a new pair of shoes and socks to complete but TJ Maxx is already hooked me up with all that I needed. As always great prices and great customer service

I ended up at this TJ max 3 times in the past 24 hours. The first evening I stood in line while a older black man behind the register watched and said nothing , he just walked away and it would be about 5 minutes until someone else called me to the register to ring me up. It was not busy at all. The next instance was mid day the next day, it was so busy in there like a carnival or state fair. Palettes of boxes and stock laying around in the isles. So many people, Chaos and confusion. I had to leave, it was way too much going on, and no order whatsoever. The final time was later on that night, around 8pm. the cashier who rung me up , a taller young lady was pleasant and helpful. But before I got to her a rude older woman who rudely asked me to move while I was standing on line. I’m guessing she was unloading more stock, and she felt I was in her way while waiting to be rung up. I’ve been coming to this tj max for years as it’s right around the corner from where I live. But things have really changed! The staff (some) are extremely rude, dare I say, racist. The customer service is subpar. It has left a terrible taste in my mouth. I hesitate before I will walk into this location ever again.

Lots of merchandise not worked in bath and body. Excellent prices. Cashier again, asked me 5 times if I wanted to open a credit card. Over kill
