“Five Stars — Outstanding People and Customer Service! Nobody ever wants to find themselves dealing with a towing company, especially when they're hundreds of miles from home. But sometimes a difficult situation introduces you to some genuinely good people. This past weekend, my son had his motorcycle impounded while we were visiting Daytona Beach for Biketoberfest. We were visiting from Charlotte, North Carolina, and needless to say, this wasn't how we planned on ending our trip. What impressed me most was the woman who helped us at Daytona Wrecker Service. I wish I had gotten her name, because she deserves some serious recognition. She took the time to listen to my son, understand his situation, and treat him with respect and compassion. She was professional, understanding, and genuinely kind during a stressful situation. As a father, what meant even more to me was that she came outside afterward to tell me what a good young man my son was and that I had raised him right. That was something she didn't have to do, and it's something I won't forget. I understand that towing companies deal with frustrated and angry people every single day. Nobody is happy when their vehicle gets impounded. But there's a difference between being upset about your circumstances and taking it out on someone who's simply doing their job. Sometimes we need to take responsibility for our own mistakes and recognize the people who are trying to help us. This woman reminded me that kindness, respect, and a little understanding still go a long way. To the lady who helped my son and me on Sunday morning, October 18, around 10:30 AM: Thank you. You turned a bad situation into a positive experience, and you made a lasting impression on both of us. Daytona Wrecker Service is fortunate to have someone like you representing their company.
