Maybe just because people are overwhelmed at the loss of their vehicles for whatever reason.My experience has been nothing short of exceptional. I went there to clean out my vehicle after a devastating crash caused by the other driver . Based on the reviews I was apprehensive about how this was going to play out.What I found was one of the most helpful interactions with the people that worked there. The lady that checked me in and took my information was extremely friendly and kind and helpful with a good sense of humor. The two yard employees were nothing short of exceptional offering to help me in any way they could. Very courageous and personable.I had a pickup that was full of tools and a ladder that was too large for the vehicle I was using to retrieve my stuff. They all had no issues with me leaving and returning with a trailer to complete the job. (Receiver was in the truck so couldn’t bring the trailer to start with)They gave me all the time I needed and asked me multiple times if they could do anything. I was truly grateful and impressed . I just wish I had gotten their names to call out but they know who they are. Thank You. If I ever need a tow company in the future they will be the first call.”
