“New truck for driving across the country, too many safety devices on truck made it very annoying on my 1700 mile trip. Truck had little power for going up hills and made me a giant roadblock most of the time. Car hauler had major breakdown in Memphis because of lack of maintenance from Penske and caused me a 4 hour delay on the roadside. Penske gave me a credit for the trailer for my troubles which was appreciated.”

“The People at this facility are amazing. I got to the wrong city dealership, wanting to return some of the parts i bought from Jacksonvilledealership.I ended up buying more other parts. On my way out, my truck was making the weird noise.I asked the service tech if they could have a quick look at the truck and see what was wrong.Nicole and Tammy at service found me a tech to look at the truck immediately. They found out it was the idle pulley that was bad. They fixed it right on,did not sit waiting for too long,I felt so Blessed .Overall, all the people there were amazing.keep the good work.”

“I was a little apprehensive of this place due to past ratings. We reserved the truck via phone call to the U-Haul main number. We picked it up early Saturday morning. The rep working was phenomenal she was pleasant, efficient and knew her stuff. It was in and out no issues... if I ever need a rental moving truck I will be coming here”

“UHAUL is far superior to Penske. I have rented from both recently and the boxes from UHAUL do not leak! The boxes from Penske are like sieves leaking so much they ruined my contents. UHAUL knows how to build a solid truck box and add aerodynamic attic that is sealed tight as a drum. The Penske trucks are terrible becasue they add a translucent panel to help with lighting. The translucent panels create water leaks because the Penske trucks are not taken care of and they lose rivets holding them together and the caulk dries up and falls out. Thoser panels are horrible. I learned my lesson renting from both: HIGHLY prefer UHAUL over Penske. Sure the gas level issue is a nuisance but a worse nuisance is a leaking truck ruining the whole purpose of why you rented the truck in the first place. If my items are going to be ruined I would have never MOVED them and made money by selling them and saved the rental fees and gas. Totally absurd are Penske trucks and process.”

“Its kinda hidden away. Had to go the Sunoco and was put in contact with the dealer. Drop off was over the phone and simple enough. Would give 5 stars if there was a sign or something”
