We have rented several times from the ISB location. They have always been nice to deal with and upfront with all information necessary. I will continue to use this location as they seem to always have what I need and they are professional about taking your reservation.

Open many hours for your convenience and many vehicles and sizes to chose from. 24 HR return is also available. The only draw back are the lines at certain times. Lengthy procedure for some customers tie the time up for others.

When your need a truck on Sunday, be prepared to wait. Short on sales staff. Also, the app is pretty useless. Even with c card on file, confirmation #, pertinent info - you STILL HAVE TO WAIT ON LINE. I booked 6 weeks prior. Trucks/Vans good. Rates better than the competition. Giving 4 stars, but deserve 3.5
