Becky is awesome! She was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. Becky helped me load a 60 lb package into my suv and didnt blink. She even taped the box up so that the item was secure in the box. Everyone is friendly and helpful but Becky really went above and beyond to assist me today. Love this UPS store and wont go anywhere else to ship my packages. Thanks Becky.

Being new to Amazon I wasn't sure of the system of returns. Jadyn was kind enough to walk me through the process. She is a perfect example of what customer service is all about. The bevel store ups store is incredible. It is managed by a young lady who has been there for many years and she just knows her stuff. Her team is just incredible also. If you are an elderly person and are sick of technology and all the headaches, they will help you make your package.Go go go.

I’m very upset with the woman who waited on me Friday. I went in with a box that weighed 12.5 lbs and took all the measurements beforehand. I also checked those measurements and weight on the website for a quote on ground shipping. I was quoted $68 to go to NY ground delivery. So i go to the store on Beville and the woman does her thing and then charges me $140! I told her that wasn’t what was quoted and all she said was the price was $140! I ask if that was for ground and she told me it was. WRONG! My son who’s tracking it informed me that the delivery date is for Tuesday! June 3rd! I mailed it Friday. That counts 3 business days according to my math! That is not ground! Ground is around a week! I am beyond pissed and will not go back there again! This is not the first problem I’ve had there! And on top of that she wasn’t even nice. 😒

Christian and Ron were amazing . I came in around 4:50 on a Friday and they had a line, waiting outside. I was in and out within 6 mins. Super helpful and just great people working during the rush . They handled everything so well. There was also a young lady working I did not get her name but she was also doing well with the efficiency in this ups.
