I always drop my packages off here and it’s just quick. They give me a receipt upon giving them a package if I ask for it everyone has been pretty nice every time I go.

So sick and tired of no Customer service when a delivery should have had the doorbell rang and given chance to reject. Instead had to waste over 2 hrs trying to get thru on 800 number only to be arguing with a stupid computer voice. No human option available tried all menu numbers offered 1 thru 6. So went to local office to start a claim or file complaint and supervisor with very non interested tone said "I will speak to the driver". Is this the new norm of how our work force is? Is there any company that actually holds employees to a standard of excellence that aims to keep them?

This is ridiculous. You call the customer service # for someone to help. But the machine refuses to put a live person on the phone. Not everyone uses computers. There is old people still in this world. Such a huge company & can never get any help except a robot. But y'all got paid to deliver a package but never did. Funny how I got all my packages that day from the mail except UPS.

I stopped at the circle k at the corner of Dunlawton and Clyde Morris and a Ups truck was parked in front, taking up 4 parking spaces. Including one designated for the handicapped. I motioned to the driver that I needed the handicapped spot and he got out of his truck, looked at me and started laughing. If this is how ups drivers treat the elderly and handicapped I can't imagine how they treat customers packages.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely nothing but issues. They lie and say they tried to call you when they did not. Every single time something gets shipped to me UPS, it gets messed up. I don’t know how they’re still in business!!!

2-20-23 UPDATE: Video of today's UPS driver putting our package in U.S. rural mail box, which is probably a federal law violation, rather than drive the package to our front porch for Amazon as every other delivery service does. Reported to Amazon, since local UPS makes it impossible to reach them. They contacted UPS and their national phone rep assured me the local office would call me "within the hour." We got one hang up call, no voicemail and no other callbacks. Tried to return their call only to hear 'non working UPS number." No accountability. Will call US Post Office IG Office tomorrow to see how a UPS driver can open a private mail box. Maybe they will talk to us.1-16-23 UPDATE: UPS driver apparently running late and we get a notification that electronic Amazon package(s) are dumped at gate, unattended, in the dark by public road, just as in the past. Someone needs to look at who is handling the Lake Shore Dr. delivery in Pierson tonight and is too lazy to actually bring the package to the customer.11-30-22 UPDATE: Tonight we got home after dark on Lakeshore Dr. outside Pierson FL and happened to see a box by the public road in the dirt after a hard rain, not plastic wrapped, well after dark. Six hundred feet from our house. A game camera shows UPS truck around 8 pm passing there. Christmas gift goods worth over $200 dropped in the moisture at theft risk outside an open driveway despite repeated requests not to do so. No accountability despite cameras and complaints to UPS 800 #.UPDATE: The suggestion by UPS below to go to a third party social app which we haven't joined, just to help UPS address a UPS Daytona problem just demonstrates the lack of direct access UPS fosters. And it's not a matter of "our expectations" of proper service. Take a look at the photo, box damaged, and left in the rain by a public road. Does that meet UPS expectations? The photo I've attached with some info not redacted, and the general address which is the subject of at least one claim and multiple complaints, should be enough already unless USP is flooded with multiple complaints from that same street serviced by UPS Daytona. Another example: the "UPS stores" in Ormond and Daytona say they have no way to contact the Fentress location either and they receive complaints they cannot address--whether they are indep. contractors or owned by UPS shouldn't matter if UPS really wants to improve its service and accessibility to customers with ongoing problems directly related to Daytona hub deliveries.ORIGINAL: No way to contact by phone and their office hours are bizarre for a business in the US. One route driver to Lakeshore Dr. outside Pierson keeps leaving packages in the dirt by public road rather than deliver to the open house porch. Leaves them in the rain and we have to return items to the shippers. Regularly. No phone, no accountability, even though we've notified UPS National a number of times. Terrible customer service. Other driver does great; a shame the hub shields itself from customers trying to help them avoid damage and counsel with a driver who may not know better and who is costing Amazon an others unnecessary returns.

The place was good. The young lady that helped me was awesome. But I wished that the man that delivered my package to the wrong address should've been fired because he listened to a person that didn't live at the address on my package. She told him to leave all my packages with her. Which is a federal offense. When I didn't give her my permission to receive any of my mail or packages.

Fun, professional, great service with a smile. It reminded me of doing business in an old neighborhood store that prided itself for the service it provided and the genuine care with how they provided it!

The ladies that work here are so amazing! I witnessed them easily handle a line of 10 people within 5 minutes. They remembered customers by name and greeted people with kindness. When there were opportunities to get irritated they maintained their composure and handled the situation very well. They are joyful and sociable while being productive. They answer the phones promptly and are very kind when giving information out. I will be using this location for all my needs rather than the port orange one even though this is farther!

Not the best. They returned my delivery even if address was correct! They put wrong address on my delivery and said that I put the wrong address! How is it possible? I went to the office to pick up my delivery because the lady said that I could during the office hour which is 5:30pm to 8:30pm (weird), but she said I could not pick it up when I get there! I waste my time and money!
