I do a lot of shipping and receiving out of this U.P.S. office.
The staff is fantastic and very friendly. I haven't had a single complaint even after 10+ years.

This is by far the kindest UPS Store I’ve ever been to. The staff consistently go above and beyond to take care of their customers—they package everything with great care and attention to detail. I’ve even seen them stay open after hours just to ensure a package gets shipped out the same day. They’re 100% honest, genuinely care about their customers, and always make sure you leave satisfied. I highly recommend this location to anyone in the area who needs reliable and thoughtful shipping service

If there were an award for the most consistently friendly, helpful, service minder staff it would be awarded to this UPS store. Each and every employee here fits this bill, super nice, the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Be it with Amazon returns, taping up a box, sending a fax, always helpful and fast.

I had a disappointing experience with the owner of the UPS store, Jimmy, whose gender remains unclear to me. The owner was extremely rude when assisting my college daughter with filling out an application for fingerprinting required for her job at a daycare center. Unfortunately, the assistance provided was incorrect, resulting in my daughter being out $87. While $87 may not seem like a significant amount to some, it is a considerable sum for a college student.
Despite the fact that the employee remembered assisting my daughter, Jimmy denied any wrongdoing. It is disheartening to see someone in a position of authority and responsibility behave in such a manner. While I understand that nothing in life is free, I believe that Jimmy could have shown some compassion and met my daughter halfway, considering the error that was made. Instead, she insisted that there was nothing she could do to rectify the situation.
Jimmy's attitude during my daughter's initial visit and subsequent interactions has left a sour taste in my mouth. I am appalled by the lack of accountability and empathy displayed by the owner. I plan to escalate this issue to UPS corporate, as Jimmy may own her own entity but is still required to adhere to certain rules and standards set by the company. It is my hope that this feedback will lead to better customer service practices in the future.

This is the most friendly store around these guys are very helpful I am not very tec savie and sometimes I get confused with the labels they have always helped me out God bless them and I highly recommend using them

This is the only UPS store I use. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and informative. There is hardly ever a wait, but if there is an additional staff member will come out and help. I usually have the young girl unfortunately I don’t know her name or sometimes her mother, but they are very friendly and nice, but as I said, everyone in the store is as well. it is always a great pleasant experience!
