“Recently had tire balancing service done on GLE350. Worked with Gabby. Extremely professional and recommended road force balance to get rid of vibration . New tires and tire center could not balance. Inspection done and video provided of any findings. Took care of minor recall and solved my tire balance issue .Well run dealership , great service and friendly staff while we waited. I can’t say the same for other Mercedes dealerships I’ve been too. These guys stand out!! I’ll be back”

He maintained great communication and stuck to his word my family went to see the car on Saturday while I was working and he told them to take me to see it and call him if we wanted it so we could arrange the payment on Monday when they opened again and someone else actually came Monday before we brought the money trying to buy the car but he saved it for us.
