Fredrick was attentive and knew the answer to every question I had asked him. He was conversing with his other staff members about questions I had and they we’re very dismissive towards him. Thanks Fred!

I've been here several times over the years. Lobby is always dirty and unkempt. Today, there were 0 labels or supplies in the lobby for shipping, and when I informed the workers they did not stock anything. Employees are nice enough but the place clearly lacks proper management. Lobby supplies should be stocked at opening.
