Best Vera Bradley staff I’ve had the pleasure of meeting! JENNIFER was so helpful!! I came in with a mission to find a particular bag that hasn’t been in stock for years and she joined me in my quest. She located the bag (my favorite ever- please bring back the velvet line!) and I was able to purchase it. My day was made and I’ll be sure to return to see Jennifer anytime I’m in Daytona!!! Registers went down and basically shut the store down for business. Went back twice but same problems persisted. They ended up calling once the registers were functioning again and completing my purchases over the phone. Sent it via UPS who sent it through PO. Should get it today.
