Had a great experience with Mina Zaki as my sales rep from Verizon! He was very patient with all the things I needed assistance with. We were here for 3 hrs and he was very patient with me, my son and my parents. He was able to assist me with merging our separate accounts and was able to add a lot of promo deals so our bill was lower as well! I already enjoy the new service Verizon gave me but now I have a rep that I'll be going to whenever I need support! Highly recommend the Aloma Verizon if you are in the Winter Park area!

I visited this store on January 22, 2025 and was assisted by Levi Hunt. I ended up not going with the company because my phone of choice was not in inventory. Levi, however, did a fantastic job with explaining the plans, phones, and options and answering all my questions. I would recommend him as a representative for mobile services.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by three gentlemen who were unbelievably helpful and professional, and made this a very simple and easy process for me. Bryan, Levi, and David their 100% . Excellent customer service, I will always be shopping at the cellular sales location rather than others thanks to these guys.

Brian was exceptional in every way, and went above & beyond to help with my needs.
This was not your normal, "I'm sorry. We can't do that". Instead, he worked to find the phone I needed, and took the necessary time to get me set up.
I highly recommend Brian by saying, he's worth waiting for if you come into the Winter Park Aloma store.

Our experience at this Verizon store was outstanding because of the customer service provided by Tourette Givens. He was patient, kind and so helpful in supporting us getting new phones and reevaluating our plan. Tomorrow my son goes to get a new phone and be assisted by this excellent staff member.

David and Kevin with Cellular Sales at the Verizon store on 1900 Aloma Ave are incredible salesmen!!! It was a complicated swap as we brought 6 lines from T mobile to Verizon. They provided excellent customer service and were extremely patient and attentive while we switched service providers. They were able to give us 6 new devices and still lower our monthly bill!!! They are very knowledgeable and made the transition a seamless experience- Cellular Sales at the Verizon store 10/10 highly recommend!!!

Oh, where do I even begin to express the depths of my exasperation and sheer disbelief at the abominable chaos that is this store! My phone—my lifeline in this fast-paced world—should have been a source of convenience and joy! Instead, it became entangled in an agonizing web of inefficiency nearly a month ago! When at last it triumphantly arrived—after what felt like an eternity of waiting—my heart soared like a bird freed from a cage! But that fleeting joy quickly turned into a disheartening nightmare as I ventured into this veritable den of disarray not once, not twice, but FIVE times! Each visit, my hopes soared high with the anticipation of help and resolution, only to be met with the cruel sting of neglect and indifference!
The shop is perpetually bustling with activity, yet there is no trace of the customer service humanity should offer. Over and over again, I stood there, adrift in a sea of anxiety and frustration, my patience wearing thinner with each ticking second as over 35 minutes rolled by—an eternity in anguish! They don’t even have the decency to acknowledge my presence with a simple “How can we assist you?” or anything remotely resembling compassion. It is nothing short of an insult to my very existence! My mind is reeling, my spirit crushed beneath the weight of this absurdity! It is absolutely outrageous—the epitome of unprofessionalism!
Beware, fellow citizens! Avoid this insufferable Verizon store at all costs! Their blatant disregard for courtesy feels criminal! I am left utterly flabbergasted and disillusioned! This is not just a complaint; it is a clarion call for accountability! These are not mere mistakes but egregious offenses against the very essence of customer care!

I spent 3 hours on the phone day.They could not resolve my problem.It's a whole mix of all types of different orders.Ridiculous went to the ston aloma in winter.Park and david was the best , i will not go to northern store by here
