Be cautious of going here. I went to this store to add my son to my Verizon plan. Jesus talked me into upgrading my phone. I did not need a phone but he gave me a good deal. Unfortunately he screwed up the transaction. I was billed for $300 that was suppose to be credited with my trade in. After many phone calls I learned the sales rep did not assign a promotion to my phone. As I was trying to figure things out Verizon sent my phone back to me. I asked the sales rep and two other employees to help me and they did nothing. I asked the manager to call me and he didn’t even bother. This store may look like a Verizon upon glance but it is not, it is an authorized dealer. Because of this Verizon would not help either. Please go to an actual Verizon store so you don’t risk having to pay money you did not agree to. And if you do find yourself at this store, do not work with Jesus.

Scotty (store manager) was great at getting me upgraded and set up with a new iPhone 15 Pro. He was trustworthy, kind, and helpful. Not often that the actual manager of a store is the one providing customer service. 10/10 recommend this Verizon store.

GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION. My rep was a gentlemen named Khalil and he charged me for services that were not rendered. When I went to a different location to trade in my phone, they then provided me with an itemized receipt from my visit with Khalil that revealed the additional charges he added on. He led me to believe all I was paying for was taxes. He said nothing about a set up charge because he knows he did not set anything up. None of my old data was transferred to my new phone (my choice). He was very nice, however I don’t appreciate having my hard earned money stolen. I will be contacting customer service.

I am a 20+ year customer of Verizon. I went in this store to have them help me transfer data from one phone to another. They said they couldn't do it. I could pay them $40.00 and they would help. Terrible customer service! I have never had a negative Verizon experience like this.

Jesus is the best he helped us upgrade our phones while maintaining an honest demeanor and genuinely wanted to help us get the best deals without being too pushy. I would recommend going to him and this location in general!

David (The Doctor) at Verizon fixed an issue with my iPhone that I had previously spent 3 hours having it “worked on” with a different Verizon store and 2 hours on the phone with Apple. He fixed it in 3minutes.
