Yes unfortunately I use this pharmacy but they're usually rude had some pharmacist named Nick that I never heard of answer the phone today and tell me I did not used to get my Klonopin two or three days early that for the last 5 years it's only been one day early but I have the receipts to prove wrong and if you Google on the internet it says 2 days is the law to pick them up unless the pharmacist feels like it's a hassle or your abusing which they accuse everybody as soon as they see you that everybody is a drug addict and that's probably because of the fact that they owe millions and millions of dollars from being sued for getting out than narcotics too early in other states not in Daytona Beach The girls the answer the phone generally are nice and there is a nice pharmacist but the fact that you can't pick up your medication especially one like I've been on Klonopin one day early is bullcrap It should still be 2 days early especially if you have a record in their computer of all the time that you've been on the medication!! Honestly I don't think the pharmacist should have say so and when you can pick up your medication because if I'm picking up medication from a pharmacy I'm doing it the right way I went through a doctor and not out on the streets looking for anything because it would probably be easier to find and a lot less hassle and probably a nicer person but if not at least you don't have to deal with being scrutinized when you call for your prescriptions but it's messed up that Daytona has so much crime and poverty yet the ones that are doing the right thing and going to doctors are penalized especially when Walgreens had their share of being sued earlier this year not our problem We are patients We are not in control of your store so that's pretty pathetic that you can't do two days cuz one day extra is going to matter that's the dumbest thing I've ever heard and this Nick guy that I've never heard of says he's worked at all of them You know how much I hear that whenever I go to a store in Daytona that I've been to like years on end and these people pop out of the woodwork and they're like yeah I worked here several times It just goes to show how uncaring America is especially when it comes to people's disabilities not everything always works out perfect to where you always have all the prescription or you got sick and you were taking your prescription and throwing it up so not everything goes according to what the pharmacist thinks they should be ashamed of themselves wish I could sue them.. if you go on Yelp you can see the pictures I pasted to where the law still says 2 days and a history where I did used to pick up my prescriptions two or three days early Nick the worthless furnaces You don't know everything

1 day early only med fills. Go when store opens on my day off to get my meds, get told I have to come back 3 hours later because they don't have my meds filled. Wife trying to pick up meds too, her prescription was already called in & thinking we could get hers...NOPE. Walgreens stated that they didn't fill her meds because they didn't know how she was going to pay, whether she had insurance or not.So on top of wasting my few days off, this pharmacy is also closed on Labor Day & way more expensive than any CVS I've ever been to. That alone says all you need to know. They shut down the wrong pharmacy (CVS), they should have shut down the Walgreens, nationwide.

It's typical Walgreens. The staff at this location tend to be rude, so it's not a frequent stop for that reason.

Pharmacist extremely rude & used discrimination because I am not from Florida. He asked me why I was here. Which is because of my wedding but what does that have to do with my prescription? Nothing.0/10 recommend…drive further

The pharmacy at the store is horrible. The pharmacy technicians are completely lazy and incompetent and care more about their personal conversations and eating in the customer I have literally sat at the counter waiting for 10 minutes for somebody to acknowledge me and everytime I get a nasty attitude because they have to do their job I don't like the backtalk I get and it's very disrespectful he's pharmacy tech should be dismissed I'm a registered nurse and I don't tolerate incompetent medical providers and don't appreciate the way they call me and talk give me about medications I cannot afford because of my new plan and just make me feel worsegive me about medications I cannot afford because of my new plan and just make me feel worse they seriously need to get rid of their technicians and hire competent people

On 11/10/22, I called to sp w my Ridgewood/US 92 Daytona Bch Pharmacist re orig 90-day supply now refilled mistakenly for only 30 days. I was seeking the alof the refill. What I recd was what sounded like a convoluted putoff response, followed by a condescending, arrogant comment "to the side": "I can't BELIEVE I'm having to explain this all over again to her!" She instructed me to call my Dr & added they're (Pharm) were way too busy to check every prescription refill that comes in. The following day (11/11), I called another Walgreens Pharmacist #2 who explained coherently, intelligently, friendly & respectfully to me, the CUSTOMER, what Pharmacist #1 shd have: that Walgreens had a prescr.alert system for Pharmacists to enable them to upgrade a refill WITHOUT HAVING TO CHECK W ANY DR.. I immed re-called the Ridgewood store, requesting now to sp w the STORE MGR. to report rudeness & ineffectiveness of the Pharmacist #1. I detected an aloofness right off, immediately made aware that whereas SHE, Natalie, had held herself out tb a Pharmacist the day bf, she was really the Store Mgr. Her attitude of inconvenience resumed, telling me if I COULDN'T supply an immediate resolution of these events TO HER, SHE WAS HANGING UP ON ME, AND SHE DID. No humility. No apology. No professionalism. How is the burden of resolution on the CUSTOMER re Walgreens ALERT system FOR USE BY THE PHARMACY -- to make an upgrade in filling a prescription inuring to the benefit of the customer?P.S. Unfortunately, this is not an unusual situaton at this location. Some months before, my husband had the same problem. They refilled the difference to him promptly w an apology. That was that. When is the bar going tb raised to standards for clear, polite, friendly communication and professionalism w a focus on doing the job right IN THIS PARTIC WALGEENS w an apprec for the business it's receiving fr the public! After 30 years of doing business w various Walgreens in various states, this is the ONLY location whose employees have caused a regular problem for customers. They need swift termination.

Walgreens never ceases to amaze me. I spent an hour in this place looking over the various goods that they offer.. I'm really impressed with the the pasta correcting goods. They also had some good deals on some electronics especially for a drugstore.

Christine in Pharmacy and pharmacist, Vincent, should not be moved to another location! They need tb fired immediately! My experience w cashiers is there are no pleasantries, professionalism or any inducement to give business to Walgreens.
