Cluttered. Staff informed. Sorry we don't provide bathrooms. What? Male, younger manager dark hair unprofessional. Older blonde female employee too busy talking to her friends to care. Low end area. Beer guy blocking door stacking cases for, I guess, their clientele. I left.

I've been a customer there for years. The Pharmacy service there has gone to below lousy. I called in my diabetic meds for refill on Friday morning, they said they'd be ready today (Monday)after 2:45. I showed up just before closing to pick them up. The girl at the window said, they'll be ready tomorrow. I told her I was completely out and need a two day emergency supply. She said she would call it into another Walgreens location for pick up because they were closing. In the time it would have taken to call another location so I could have driven across town they could have done this. The bald headed white so called manager ignored her request and continued to remove the cash drawers from the registers.
If i weren't stuck with them for prescriptions id never use this place. I'll guarantee i won't go in the store to purchase anything else.

The manager needs better customer service. I came to the front after he helped another person. When he saw me he left from behind the cash register and called someone else to ring me out. The sales person came and as the manager was leaving asked him to do a price check he threw a device and told him to look. The cashier could not use and it was not working. He called the manager and the manager looked at us and went in the back room. I left after five minutes. It was a buy one get one free that was not ringing up. I had to get to work and did not buy everything I needed. I was just surprised the manager was not a team player, kind, helpful, and the cashier was great and trying to do his job effectively.

I am so pleased with the man at the drive-through pharmacy at the Walgreens located at Reed Canal, South Daytona today. I was picking up a prescription for a loved one and really questioned the Dosage/duration. Without my even having to ask, the pharmacist at the drive-through was so alert and attentive, he immediately paused and phoned the doctor for verification. I so appreciate that kind of detail and caring. I wish I knew his name. Nicely done, sir.

The pharmacist at this location should be fired! She is unprofessional and negligent. I have had nothing but issues every time I tried to fill anything here and I have had move all of my families prescriptions out of this place because I have no faith that anyone is even monitoring these pharmacists. They clearly will hire anyone and they definitely don't care about the safety and welfare of people....just money

Dr. Lopez send a Rx for Insulin for My Mom. Still 25 minutes to close and she refused to fill it. She said mom has to wait till tomorrow. New Diabetic that needs insulin (pen). SMH. will be finding a pharmacy more willing to satisfy the customers till the last minute.
