I have always liked this pharmacy. I know from observing that they are overworked and need more help but they still operate with awesome service.

Every time my husband goes in to fill his script there is a blond girl who works in the pharmacy who is terribly rude.

The pharmacist at this location should be fired! She is unprofessional and negligent. I have had nothing but issues every time I tried to fill anything here and I have had move all of my families prescriptions out of this place because I have no faith that anyone is even monitoring these pharmacists. They clearly will hire anyone and they definitely don't care about the safety and welfare of people....just money

Called to check on my son's prescriptions, get told to call back and hung up on in the middle of me explaining that there should be two prescriptions and not one.

Inept customer service. They promote their savings card but don't always request the number associated with the account. And when they do, or if you prompt them to take the information, then they fail to ask if you want to use the available funds to pay for the transaction. Not at all too swift.

I want to preface this with the pharmacy associate was nice and doing her job, the pharmacist is terrible. I called this location to check if a medication was available that has been in a national shortage. I was told I cannot be given that information over the phone so I spent 15 minutes driving to the pharmacy. The medication was available. Thank god. The anxiety I feel attempting to get a refill this year is crippling, causes depressive relapses in my life and makes me want to give up even seeking treatment entirely.I've been living in Daytona temporarily until school starts in the fall when I will move to out of state. I did not want to switch doctors to a doctor in Daytona for a few months only so I continued to travel to Orlando for treatment. My ID matches my prescription. Orlando is roughly an hour away. The pharmacist at this location refused to provide me my medication although the medication was a available because she chose to withhold it for patients who are treated by local doctors. Suggesting I drive a 2 hour round trip to spend what maybe hours individually visiting and check on medication availability in person at local Orlando locations. Absolute bullshit. Executive disfunction makes it incredibly hard to find the medication I need when there is a shortage. To find and then be denied a medication I medically need based on the whims of this pharmacist who works at a nationwide chain and her preference for doctors within a small surrounding radius is ridiculous. I'm unable to even feel mad at this moment. I should feel mad. Instead, I just feel like giving up. The pharmacist at this location was one of the most discouraging interactions I've had in the past year. I would not recommend using this location until the management changes hands.

Walgreens Save-a-trip plan is poorly administered. It's supposed to set it up so all of your scripts will eventually be due to be refilled on the same date. To get there, they send you to your local Walgreens to pick up quantities of 6, 12, etc. until they're all in sync. In one week, I was instructed to make 3 trips for 3 different scripts. One script where I was due for a 90 supply refill, they gave me a total of 6 pills which means they would have had me going back who knows how many times. Another script, they wanted to give me 12 pills when I still had 45 days left on the existing refill. Stupid program. Needless to say, I cancelled the program today. Hopefully, they get it straightened out or off to a competitor I'll have to go.

Ran out of covid vaccines but didn't bother to call me or let me know. Had to make changes to a lot of plans just because Walgreens and particularly this store forgot to inform me. Very unprofessional

So after much back and forth and back and forth and back and forth with 10's of hundreds of conversations about why or why not to get my covid-19 vaccine so at the end of the day I decided it's more about the bigger picture and not just myself so I set up an appointment to get my first shot. Me and my gf made appointments to have back to back slots to get our vaccines. I was about sick with worry on the way there. We get to the window and the lady very nicely tells us that they HAVE to cancel ALL covid shots for the day!! Don't email us, or call us or inform us WHEN WE CALLED TO ASK WHAT WE NEEDED TO BRING WITH US 20 MINUTES BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT SO WE DIDNT FORGET ANYTHING!! So instead we drive 25 minutes there, wait in line to be told "nope, sorry come again!
