I got hyland naturals tablets for my baby who is sick. Only to come home, open the box and see that it’s expired. And no one answers the phone here. What a waste of money and time. And my baby is still sick.

i only ordered 3 items that were split into 2 deliveries,the 1st delivery was a bag of chips and an another item and the 2nd was another bag of chips (same size and brand).i called and canceled the order 10min later because it was going to take 90min as is then the 2nd bag of chips was delayed so i called and canceled.they only partially canceled my order,the 1 item i ordered on the 1st order and the 2nd bag of chips on the 2nd order.but,they brought me the bag of chips on the 1st order anyway so they could still charge that $6 delivery fee plus get that tip.BASICALLY i paid $11 for a BAG OF CHIPS an live 5min. away…NEVER AGAIN!!!

Pharmacist is beyond rude/nasty. I've never been a confrontational person, but she could definitely bring that out of me. Nasty personality is overall ruining the business. I will be changing to CVS because of this woman. IVY IS HER NAME hope y’all have a better experience then me!

called to ask about a prescription i picked up because the instructions were wrong. called at 6.48, the pharmacy answered & left me on hold untill 6.59 they closed @ 7p. everytime i go in here theres an issue, whether the pharmacist is extremely rude or theyre just hating the job. will never use walgreens again.

Sitting in Urgent Care sick and miserable. Called and spoke with Pharmacist Trey and asked if they take Sunshine Health, so I can have my RC sent to them. "I'm not sure and you can't make me be sure" is the response I was given. Horrible customer service, especially considering you're supposed to be helping sick people. I will be reaching out to corporate as well because that is unacceptable behavior.

The new pharmacist termaine wade has a bad attitude and completely unprofessional. When asked a question about why I have to call him 3 days prior so they can order my medication, when they have the prescription and know I'm going to need it, he told me he wasn't going to sell it to me now and closed the window. His head is too big for his position.

Don't go here unless you like your pharmacist drunk on his own perceived notions of power. I have a prescription that I needed filled for some very common medical supplies and the pharmacist Tremayne Wade decided for himself that even though he had what I needed, he wasn't going to fill the prescription and that next time I come I need to call him 3 days in advance to make sure he had the supplies. When I questioned him about why I had to do his job for him he refused to sell me my medical supplies. I swear I didn't cuss, I didn't raise my voice, all I did is ask him if that was his job.

Awful waited in drive thru 10 minutes to have a rude fat woman put a sign in my face stating they we're closed for lunch don't care ,sign was put up in my face very rude ,I'm very un happy with Walgreens actions I thought I could rely on them????

Went to buy ice tea and use restroom. Store a mess. Bathroom not open at 11 am ....large Latina cashier standing around. Multiple employees, no one asked if I needed assistance. Plastic end caps all over floor....I almost tripped. I walked out, left, lousy No thanks. Lazy staff, dirty store, no restroom.
