“It’s not often I am blown away by the service in a jewellery shop but Joseph raised the bar on this one! I was looking for an oval diamond ring set on a platinum band, an earth grown diamond not a lab diamond. Joseph listened to what I wanted plus my budget and said he would make me exactly what I wanted within a few days! He firstly got in 3 diamonds for me to look at the next day that was within my price range, he then explained in detail the difference in each of the 3 diamonds, he then recommended which one he would go for (which wasn’t the most expensive) because of the colour and cut, he was patient with us and nothing was too much trouble! A few days later I picked up my new ring all set on a platinum setting, it truly is a beautiful ring, I’m so happy, I’ll definitely be back again next year and I’ll never use another jewellery shop again, Joseph will be my jeweller forever now! Thank you 🙏”
“The staff are so kind and honest. I was only looking to replace some batteries on my grandmothers watches. They took the time to tell me which watches were worth replacing batteries and which watches wouldn’t keep time even with a battery. Then they only charged me for the batteries on the ones that actually worked. Mike was kind enough to surprise me with the value of one of my grandmothers watches. It’s so refreshing to find trustworthy jewelers. I will be back!!”

“Got my girlfriend a Pandora bracelet for Xmas and it was too small. We took it back to the Altamonte store & they didn't have the size we needed. Some weeks later my girlfriend called to see if they had gotten bracelets and still nothing but they told us that they had some @ the Daytona Beach location. We finally made it to Daytona store which is a 30 minute drive for us. When we got there the store manager Mike took care of us & made us aware that Pandora has a 30 day return policy which no one else had made us aware of. He was really polite and nice and helped us out by changing the bracelet for the right size. Very happy customer 😀”
