The entire kitchen should be terminated!!! I just left 30 minutes ago ordered a hoagie-horrible!!! Nothing on my sandwich is what I ordered and this isn’t the 1st time!!! Management is sloppy!!!

I did a mobile order so I could be in an out. Told me it would be 10 minutes. I showed up 15 minutes later, stood for mobile pick up and the lady said “guess it’s not ready” i said okay, continued to stand there - a mobile order for another gentleman came up she called out mobile order for and said his name. Another worker asked me what I was waiting for and i said “a mobile order for Katelyn” the same lady that originally had the attitude about the mobile order not being ready slings the bag on the counter - slaps a sticker on the bag and says nothing… the stickers not completely secure I keep standing there because how am I to know it’s mine…. She waits a few seconds and said “that’s the order for Katelyn”…. I feel like she either hates her job or needs some time off 😊😊😊😊 3 stars because foods great and my experience yesterday was top notch. 😊

I was staying here at a nearby hotel and walked here for breakfast. Excellent experience overall!
My croissant sandwich was phenomenal and the 2 paninis my family members ordered were also great.
The employees I interacted with were friendly as well.
The Wawa also has a few IONNA EV charging stations, with CCS and NACS connectors.

Went in for sweet teas. They're drink section is one of the worst I've ever been in. Go somewhere else for drinks lol.

The place is filthy. The lines are long and they don’t do your lotto for you.
You have to do yourself and they do not accept debit cards. Only cash.

People rude and hung up on customer because I was calling about my door dash order that they let someone pick up and refuse to make it over talking about it’s coming out of Wawa money and she not even the manager and kept saying the manager on break and won’t come to the phone I can’t wait to go to the store to report the whole shift

Don’t buy your breakfast here. Extremely slow to prepare orders. Waited for a coffee for 10+ minutes during breakfast time. Shouldn’t take this long to prepare breakfast.

The fact that you have to pay cup of water st this location is ridiculous. If you go to any other Wawa or gas station, they offer free water if you buy something besides this one plus the girl was rolling her eyes after I asked a couple of water after I paid for my order saying I should’ve paid before I got cashed out and no free water is allowed

Over Night staff didn’t make sure to check dasher phone for order and my order was stolen from a random it’s not that serious but it is a inconvenience a small one but fixing this can make your business better
