I went through the drive thru today and maybe I wasn’t explaining correctly what I was looking for, but the older lady working the drive-thru today was absolutely rude. I needed a money order but because my withdrawal amount was over a certain amount, it was a cashiers check I needed. She walked away while I was speaking to her. This is the second time in the last couple of months I have had to work with her and her facial expressions and attitude should not be presented at your drive-thru.

Although they generally take appointments they were able to fit me in with about a 10 minute wait . The banker was helpful and kind . I was stressed and he helped me to focus and resolve my problem with my online log on reset.

5/24/2023 at 130pmI waited in line for 10 minutes to get a bank cashier's check from manal. I had my ID and forgot my bank card. She made me get it, in-and-out in 30 seconds and then she makes me stand in the back of the line again for more 10 minutes, ridiculous. Then she wasted my time and other customers time by talking about social programs for the customers that came in there.

I visited this branch on today while I was visiting Daytona for vacation. My husband and I drove up thru the bank teller and asked for a withdrawal slip. Initially, we were the only car in the drive-thru area and we’re working with the teller Donna. Well after about 10 minutes or so, of waiting for my funds, I noticed that every Caucasian customer that drove up were able to come request funds and make deposits without a hassle and we were still waiting to be serviced. I asked my husband to press the “ call teller” button, to check and see exactly what was going on. The tellers Donna and Kristen never responded us, however they had been looking at us from the window for the longest. I finally pressed the button again, and they stated to give them a minute. At this point We drove around and entered the branch to see what exactly was the problem. We walked in and asked to speak with the branch manager, in hopes of resolving the situation since we’ve been customers with Wells Fargo for over 12 years, and the issue still wasn’t resolved. When we finally got a chance to speak with the branch manager Adam, he stated that they’ve experienced an increase in fraudulent activity over the past week, and a RED FLAG came up on my account. My husband asked him if he could elaborate, what type of RED FLAG, and he couldn’t exactly explain what type of red flag, but it was something that had to do with my signature on my withdrawal slip. I explained to Adam that I understood what he was saying, but why couldn’t his bank tellers just simply let us know what was going on? Adam then made the comment that with fraud being at an all time high they don’t usually tell customers they’re verifying funds. He also stated that customers who get upset are usually the ones committing fraud. I explained to him that I was upset with his staff because all they had to do was say we’re verifying your information because you’re from another state. However, they chose to racially profile us, and give us a hard time. This is the WORST Wells Fargo Branch, that we have ever visited in 12 + years and they need to do some major education on customs service!!!!!

I went through the drive through window. The young lady that serviced me was very professional & fast. I would return to this location if I'm in the area again.

This Wells Fargo branch location and their poor customer service is the reason I closed all my accounts with Wells Fargo. Terrible attitudes as if they can't be bothered. Not all of us are online banking savvy. I personally, am not.. Whenever I would visit this location to ask a question or get assistance with my accounts it seemed as if I was not worthy of their time or an inconvenience. Almost as if I was being looked down on for needing a little extra guidance. This branch offers terrible customer service, unless of course, you are opening up accounts. That is the only time that they are happy to help

If you don't have an account with this thing you cannot cash your check through the drive-thru and this is one of two locations in areas I've been it's a real inconvenience when they close the doors at 4

I have to say that I have had a bad experience with Wells Fargo in almost every interaction I have had with them so far. I moved here and needed to switch from my local bank because there was not a branch in Florida and it took them 3 attempts to get something as simple as my debit card right. I later got a mortgage from them and that was a complete nightmare. They repeatedly lost paperwork with personal information and kept changing the closing date without informing me. I did not find out until the day of the closing from the real estate agent. I got another loan for some additions to the home and after I paid them well ahead of the due date they continue to try to charge me late fees and can’t seem to fix the problem. I will be moving my business elsewhere. Over the last year when they had closed the lobby, I had to make appointments to take care of some business in person and they would not let me in until I called them and asked them why. I have never seen such poor customer service from a financial institution in my life!

Nobody acknowledged my wife or I while we sat in the lobby for 15 minutes with an appointment at 10:00 a.m. the manager never even made eye contact when we said we were going to go to another location because we didn't have time to wait. I have been a customer for over 6 years and this is not a good way to treat somebody.

I have been with them since 1987 , when they were South trust then Barmett
