Okay this is one of the best sex shops in all of Central Florida. They have reasonable and competitive prices, but the BEST thing about this shop is the staff: an amazing worker (with the coolest curly pink hair and alternative fashion) was able to help me find the perfect vibrator. This worker is amazing and spent time to critically think about the best toy for my needs. They were also very considerate and sensitive to me having virtually no sex toy experience. Their assistance made the whole thing less intimidating.I will definitely come back. 10/10

Same ole same ole...I did find a pair of underwear at a reasonable price, but when did incense become so expensive? lol... $3.00 for only 10. Anyway, I bought 10...lol

I don't understand some of the negative reviews here, especially about discrimination due to the no bag policy. Everyone is asked to follow the same policy no matter who you are. It's not personal and policies like this are inplace to help prevent theft that would drive up prices.The staff is always very kind and helpful.They work hard to help everyone. Especially the assistant manager and an associate named James.

The nerdy looking dude with glasses that works there is racist . Their was a lady at the front that told me to check out their back room and I double checked and asked it’s okay for me to go back their she said yes so I did , mind you they both watched me go back their , after about 5-10 minutes he comes back screaming at me saying I’m not allowed back their , denied me my purchase and said I had to leave that it is “store policy” I asked him what Is ? So I could get a better understanding of why I was being told to leave but he continued to scream at me saying racist things and the lady lied saying she never told me to go back there .. the whole thing didn’t make any sense and the whole time he was angry I couldn’t understand why he was so angry when I was calm just trying to figure out what happened . I’m Telling everyone I know about this experience and making a Storytime about it on my TikTok for my followers so everyone knows not to come here . No one deserves to be treated like that .

Wonderful place sales girl was very helpful and knowledgeable even made a few good suggestions and helped us out with sizing will definitely shop again.

Horrible experience, the cashier up front is very disrespectful, and I proceeded to be disrespectful in return , he makes the whole situation awkward, I was only looking for shoes and he harassed me the entire time in store!!!!! I asked to use restroom because I was in a huge tight he yelled at me, I put the shoes back !! Never coming back!!!!! Nasty employee!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fantasy shop is better they are way nicer!!!

I would leave a zero star if I could I would never return to this establishment again I am in town with my wife for our honeymoon had never been there before stopped in to buy a few toys for me and my wife the guy behind the counter started screaming at me being very disrespectful because there was a glass shelf that did not say don’t open it said don’t touch glass and I grabbed a toy out of it to purchase it And he freaked out and started screaming at me told me that he had to band me from the store that I had to leave right then and there I do not recommend anybody to go to this place very unprofessional as I was walking out the store the guy was screaming profanities at me please stay clear of this place

Awful and sometimes creepy staff. One guy tried to look under my friends skirt when I was in here last year. I went with another friend against my better judgement this past month and the manager was just straight up rude. I understand the type of store gets alot of creeps, but you also need to be comfortable helping customers when they ask questions about products without being snarky.

I went to this store to try to help out my friends with an issue they were having in the bedroom. I was unaware of the policy they had about not opening a product. I did however open one product with every intention of purchasing it. Unfortunately I was not givin the option of doing so. The employee that was working there walked by us and insulted us and told us to get out. Yelled at us to get out of the store. I still apologized to the employee and explained I planned on purchasing the item. Plus a few other items. He did not care he told us we would not be purchasing anything from that store EVER, and again screamed at us to get out again. None of the displays worked in this store not one.I WOULD LIKE FOR THE MANAGER TO REACH OUT TO ME SO I COULD EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED AND HOW SAD IT IS THAT THAT EMPLOYEE MADE YOU LOSE A 300.00 SALE LAST NIGHT. Very unprofessional employee it would have been so easy for him to explain the policies and then give us the option to buy the product and if we refused then he could have asked us to leave and not come back. Instead he made a unnecessary scene and lost a large sale.

It’s hard enough to get through the awkwardness of convincing your girlfriend to come here in hopes of buying her a foxtail and ears. However, the employee that was there to say he was unprofessional would be disrespectful to those that are scummy. I selected a vibrator that we would like to purchase and the attendant proceeded to harass us for the next 20 minutes and tried to sell us FUCKWATER. When I enter an adult store I expect a professional to assist us and not make the experience more awkward than it already is. This was the least unprofessional adult store I’ve ever been to. If you are looking for an employee to try and get your girlfriend number I’d highly recommend. Needless to say we walked out with the duck water to shut him up and a 4 pack of aaa batteries. We won’t be back.

Young man was only his 5th day, but he was knowledgeable, extremely helpful, very cognizant of store rules and made me feel comfortable. I am in my 60’s and need products for dialation, post surgery. He listened very carefully to my needs and took me directly to products that matched my specifications. Store was quiet and very clean.
